Guild Summary
Devilite Inc. is highly active and organized guild founded by Yakunan and cared for by our lovely co-guildmaster, Sirthomasrb along with our deputy, (officer) Jedcpf. Our guild consist of mainly higher Tier 2 ordinances. Our higher officials (Tier 3 veterans and members) strive to raise our newer recruits and members until they are able to fend for themselves and help out whenever they're called to duty. We do frequent FSC , RoF (rise or fall mission) and JK runs and aim to train our members to be efficient at defeating Lord Vanaduke, along with other boss runs. Our veterans and officers are a delight to be around and we expect our recruits and members to be kind with a sense of humor as well. Most of us are generous and if you need something as simple as a material we will mail it for free (not shadow lair mats of course) and all of us are mature and willing to improve, and our higher order members are not here to put you down based on skill, instead we like to be positive and help you be better skilled. We equally value all of our members and like feedback on how we're doing, so if you see some flaws as a member of Devilite Inc. let us know, we want to improve more for YOU and people like YOU. So put on your troll faces and get ready to hop in~
Recruitment
In order to join the Devilite Inc. you must meet the following minimal requirements:
- Recruit

- Dedication Inquiry (Unless suggested by a group member)
- Member
- [You are a Grunt, Throw office chairs and staplers to your most passionate desire]
- One week of recruitment without any warnings
- Veteran
- [You are an Overtimer you've worked efficiently enough to impress your pit boss, you get a complimentary pitchfork!]
- Must be able to run through Tier 2 and solo a boss (You will be assessed by and officer or a higher official)
- Officer
- [You are a Yesman, you have exceeded the workforce standards and proved yourself as a true devilite.]
- Must be able to run through a Tier 3 dungeon starting at D23 (2 arenas OR 2 danger rooms) OR Solo FSC and beat Lord Vanaduke
NOTE: You can only revive once during a test. Any more than one revive will nullify your test. and a dead spectator must be there to witness you perform the test, and for clockwork run tests, once you get to a terminal to start the test (for stratum 6 or 4), you must forfeit all of your dungeon items (vials/health caps/remedies/vials)

Rules & Regulations
Even though we are a very active and social guild - as well as master trolls - there are a few things you've gotta take into account so you don't get your butt kicked out;
- A good attitude
- Be mature
- Be Active
- Respect all members
- No begging
- Advertising anything on guild chat must not be spammed, and should asked briefly, you may advertise more if more members log on
- Don't Demand things like promotions or crowns, it is disrespectful to the guild, as we are all generous initially.
We would like you to be active. It's not that hard just to pop in every once in a while to say hi or check on your friends. Like, seriously, man. Come on. Just log in and do something. Now that we can see when each member last logged in, if you are going to be away for a long time due to something that may or may not have come up, let us know. We have no idea where you'll be so we'll assume you've left SK for good and you'll most likely be removed. Please note: We are no longer accepting random requests to join the guild. In order to join, you must either be recommended by a current guild member or you will be asked a few questions upon your request.
WE REMOVE PLAYERS AFTER APPROXIMATELY 1-2 MONTHS OF INACTIVITY. (If you come back, simply PM Sirthomasrb or jedcpf and we will gladly invite you back into the guild and restore you rank initially)
Events
We're a rather small guild, so events don't happen too often. We only try to plan events when a majority of the active players are online and not busy. Our current events consist of:
- Races and Bets
- Quiz Shows
- Random Raffles for ANYTHING for ANYONE.
Guild History
- Just a brief breakdown of the history.
(From the point of view of Sirthomasrb)I have seen this guild through all of it's Glory and Failiure, I first joined spiral knights around the fall of 2011, when my cousin Yakunan introduced me to the game, when I first joined this guild it was okay, though far too many officers and guild masters, I myself was promoted to a guild master as soon as I joined, and of course at the time as a beginner, I didn't know much,but of course Yakunan was much more active back then, and she would be on everyday, lighting the faces of the guild, she was very experienced at the game, and had play styles of her own and loved to invite me T3 while I still had bad gear. Of course eventually members of devilite inc at the time started to complain about our ranking system and Yakunan attempted to fix it by demoting everyone to a more reasonable rank, yet it didn't work out well. and a few members left to join new guilds, including our current officer jedcpf (for awhile). around november/december Yakunan started playing SK less and less and started to become less active, and while that was in effect, former member jklk proceeded to invite numerous random members, sometimes reeling us in a special member every once in a while, though the majority was still not very dedicated to this game, and this made the guild very inactive and messy, and aside from that, around January, we went through what I like to call "The Drama Period" of the guild, this period marked when many members were quite hostile towards each other and the were many flame wars and arguments on the guild chat, even involving me, a number of members eventually stopped playing the game because of this, eventually this all stopped and the guild began to Rise, jedcpf eventually came back, and practically helped helped me as the Guildmaster, get Devilite Inc in order, and with his help we got rid of members who were a nuisance to the guild integrity, the special members that jklk managed to reel in before he left stayed with us, and of course today these members are the very heart of the guild, and I hope they stay in Devilite Inc for as long as they play, without them, this guild is just another ordinary one. Because of them this guild is now Tier 3 dominant and well experienced at the game overall, and we went from constant Royal Jelly Runs to Firestorm Citadel Runs.

- Former Officer (old ranking system) Now in some other guild (he joins a different guild sometimes so I can't confirm which one hes always in) His spammed invites to our guild back then actually reeled us in some Great members who stayed even with a terrible status back then.

- Former Officer (old ranking system) Now a member of Knightmare, He had some pretty great knowledge of spiral knights and during his time in the guild before he left around December, and gave many of us useful playing tips and tricks, although not very bright >_> he still is a very experienced player as far as I'm concerned.
