- You must be Vanguard rank.
Member to Veteran:
- You must have Snarbolax Cap and Coat.
- Be able to solo D27 of King of Ashes with 1 dead weight.
Veteran to Officer:
- Be trusted.
- Be loyal.
- Have leadership skills.
