Recruitment & Ranking

To join our ranks you need to be an active player of both Cradle and LockDown, as well as do a small test with one of our Veterans / GM's.

(Test will be revealed by Veteran / GM upon taking the test.)

The Apprentice

Didn't pass the Recruitment test?

If you're lucky, one of our Members might see your potential and Vouch for you to stay in our guild.

This however is only temporarely and the Aspiring Knight will need to take a Recruit test at the end of their Apprentice period.

The Apprentice will have the Vouching Member as a Mentor, whom will Challenge the Knight to improve himself and teach them the things they currently lack to pass the test.

Becoming a Member

Becoming a Member requires that the Recruit have been in the guild for at least 1 week and behaved well, as well as actively joined our GvG matches and listened to the team leader.

Also we require our Members to join us at the Brick Squad forums where the latest news and talk of the guild can be found.

One last thing is to present yourself to the rest of the guild on the forums, just like the rest of us have.

Reaching Veteran

The Veteran rank requires that you've been a Member for at least a month and actively helped out in the guild by Donating Crowns for the upkeep, Helping your fellow guildmates and been generally nice and understanding whenever someone have a bad day.

Also, the aspiring Member must complete a Veteran test.

The Officer

The Officer rank is only available if there's an empty Officer slot, and even then only the Veterans that are deemed by the Guild Staff to do a better job as an Officer are asked if they want to take that responsibility.

To quote our founder:

Being with us for a long time in itself does not warrant a promotion to Officer. An Officer is a leader, someone who commands respect and someone who GIVES it right back. It is someone who solves problems, both behavioral and logistical.

Every Officer in Brick Squad fills a niche role, whether it be recruiting, helping with the website, or foreign relations with other guilds.

Begging for an officer role is not something that helps your case. Please send a private message to a GM or mail stating your intention to be an Officer.
