Guild Rules and Regulations

General Rules

• Rule 1. Improper actions like begging, cursing offensively, spamming chats, harassing etc. are not allowed, whether you are in the public or with the guild members.
• Rule 2. Be polite and kind to fellow members and knights alike. If someone is in dire need of help, or if your guild member needs help in clearing levels, try your best to show your concern and help them out.
• Rule 3. Respect your guild members, especially members of higher ranks like officers and guild masters, and give them your best support.
• Rule 4. Do not rush the officers or guild masters to promote you, especially by nagging, spamming, harassing, boycotting, etc. We will discuss if you are ready to be promoted, and will do so without any delay.
• Rule 5. Our promotion rules are made based on the concerned member’s overall attitude and personal qualities, NOT primarily on tier rating. So do not be discouraged if you are not promoted in time.
• Rule 6. Officers and guild masters carry a great responsibility and privilege; hence not everyone can be promoted to these ranks. Similarly, do not feel bad if you stay as a veteran.

(Currently, we have set a maximum number of members for the following ranks: officers - 4, guild master- 3)

• Rule 7. Any members who stays inactive for 1 month 15 days or plans to leave the guild should notify the officers or guild masters beforehand and provide a logical reason. If not, the concerned member would be banned from joining the guild.
• Rule 8. If any rules and regulations mentioned above are violated, the concerned member will be punished severely, and he/she may be dismissed from the guild permanently.
• Rule 9. Guild masters reserve the rights to alter the rules and regulations of this guild. We will notify all members if this happens.

Exclusive Rules

• Rule 1. This guild dedicates on general freeze-themed gear. Recruits must acquire at least one piece of freeze-related armor AND weapon to be promoted as a regular member.
• Rule 2. When a guild meeting is commenced, all members attending it are required to wear their freeze-related gear.
• Rule 3. Any member who is found to ignore the exclusive rules above will be demoted to a recruit until he/she fulfills the stated requirements.
