Devilite Inc (Guild)
From SpiralKnights
"We Are The Most Infernal Incorporation Of Cradle!"
Contents
Guild Summary
Devilite Inc. is highly active and organized guild founded by Yakunan and cared for by our New active guild master, Sirthomasrb, whom is active nearly everyday. Our guild consist of mostly players with at least extensive Tier 2 experience and a quite a few with Tier 3 experience. We do frequent "King of Ashes" Mission runs ,Royal Jelly Palace and Ironclaw Munitions Factory runs and aim to train our members to be efficient at defeating Lord Vanaduke, along with the other bosses. Our Members are a delight to be around and we expect our recruits and members to be kind with a sense of humor as well with a positive Mind and attitude, and willing to improve and haven fun. Most of us are generous and if you need something as simple as a material we will mail it for free (not shadow lair materials of course). We strive to be mature and willing to improve, including our higher ranking members who are not here to put you down based on skill. Instead we prefer to be positive and help you be better skilled by offering suggestion on how to improve your skill or even as simple as what gear you should get. We value member feedback on how we're doing, so if you see some flaws as a member of Devilite Inc. let us know. We aim at being more elite on PvE AND PvP, and we also do guild shadow lair runs and of course prestige danger missions daily, we're not much On PvP at the moment but in the future we plan on at least being able to play LockDown/Blast Network together every once in a while. and as the name Devilite Inc. Implies, we like devilites , a fiend type monster notorious to be one of the most difficult enemies to handle in the game, especially on the Danger mission known as "Heart of Ice" and even in normal levels with devilites (assuming it's tier 3) can be difficult to complete to many players, not only do we love devilites and their cute little offices, and roleplaying each guild rank as a certain type of devilite [ex. Pit-Boss = Guildmaster] But we also strive to master levels and missions that include them, as well as other hard missions, and we try to do guild Lockdown every once in a while if enough members participate in our team, and plan and hope on being more competent in LD.
Reruitment and Promotion
In order to join the Devilite Inc. you must meet the following minimal requirements:

- Dedication inquiry accomplished by means of a few questions.

- Before being recruited, you will first do an evaluation run with one of the admins, to of course see how you are, not to judge personally but your own play style, streategy, etc.

- [You are an Overtimer you've worked efficiently enough to impress your pit boss AND you get a complimentary pitchfork!]
- Must be competent in tier 2. For this you must complete all three parts. These parts are the missions:
- "Compound 42 (Tier 3,Depth 24,Stratum 6 Version only)"
- "The Return or Ur" (A little walk around our home city >:D)
- "The Gauntlet"(A little visit to our IT department, then the gremlin Decon zones, and then the true test of versatility against all monster types)
- Rules for all parts of the Veteran's test
- In order to take the Veteran's test, you must ask an Officer or Guild Master to take it. They will provide directions for you to follow.
- All parts have a time limit of 45 minutes.
- You can revive twice during the entire test. This means that you must complete one part without reviving! Any more than that will result in failing the test. The current mandatory waiting period between tests is 2 weeks.
- You must destroy all monsters, boxes and crystals in the level.
- You must be assessed by an officer or a guild master to validate the test. They will be fallen during the run so they can observe you.
- After completing the test, the guild members will cast their vote on whether you shall be promoted. This is accomplished by a vote-point system. To be counted as having the guild's trust, you must gain a total of 8 points. Each rank has a different number of points that are given. Recruits can not participate in this vote. Member's votes count as 1 point. Veteran's votes count as 2 points. Officer's votes count as 3 points. Guild Master's votes count as 4 points. NOTE: Any vote against you will reduce your point total. Be sure you are a good member before taking any tests!
Alternative Path To Veteran status
- You may also achieve this rank Based on observations of you on any runs, by any of the officers, if any of us take notice to any unique play-style you show and see you survive very well on runs, and any officer may discuss anyone showing this on officer chat, and then it will be decided to promote you to a veteran.
- Officer
- [You are a Yesman, you have exceeded the workforce standards and proved yourself as a true devilite.]
- Must be competent in tier 3. For this you must complete both parts, and have the trust of the guild council (see section "Notable Members"). These are the missions:
- "King of Ashes" (time limit of 90 minutes)
- "The Gauntlet" (time limit of 50 minutes)
- Rules for both parts of the Officer's test
- In order to take the Officer's test, you must ask an Officer or Guild Master to take it. They will inform the guild council and they will decide if you can or cannot take the Officer's test.
- You can only revive once during each part of the test. Any more than one revive will result in failing the test. The current mandatory waiting period between tests is 2 weeks.
- You must destroy all monsters, boxes and crystals in the level.
- You must be assessed by an officer or guild master to validate the test. They will be fallen during the run so they can observe you.
- After completing the test, you will be promoted. So be sure you are a good member before taking any tests!
Alternative path to officer
- You May also be an officer if you have shown a good enthusiastic take on the guild and enforcing everything genuinely, and have been a notable member for a long enough time to be entrusted with the rank of officer, and have skills to lead and help the guildmaster(s) out, and have shown great loyalty among the guild.
- Guild Master
- [You are the Pit Boss. You represent the corporation, and without your workforce, you are nothing more than a lonely Grunt]
- Due to Yakunan (our founder) no longer being active in the world of SK, she has entrusted the leadership of Devilite Inc. to Sirthomasrb, if you wanna be GM of this guild just have the name "Sirthomasrb" >.>
You must have plenty of experience with others. Being social is important here. Basic knowledge of the game is also a necessity as well as basic fighting and shield tactics.
Notable Members
- Current Officer(s)
- Blitzter- Very Mature, and honest officer, his ideas and opinions/feedback are what make him an essential officer and allow him to help us run this guild and make it better for everyone, not to mention he is very helpful to the guild on runs and such and we are proud to have him as an officer.
- Instant-Noodles- A truly elite and mature member of Devilite inc. Instant-noodles is a great survivor for even the most difficult parties on a run, and having seeing his skills on shadow lair runs I accompanied him on, He is truly fitting to the rank of officer, and is a Very polite and mature member as well, I couldn't ask for a finer officer, and other officers alike.
- Kurzatem (Inactive)- Was a very well skilled officer, and aside from completing the officer test, He was one of the most mature members this guild has seen, and has also shown great management skills on the guild wiki and the guild itself, and truly impressed me upon his unique gameplay style, sporting the Chaos set for any situation, showing great thinking "outside the box" for game-play in general.
- Yanda- a Pure Elite Gunslinger able to solo wide array of difficult missions/tasks and widely notable for being one of the most Kindest, most helpful and polite members, and is a delightful guild member overall, and quite active on the side, with great reliability on runs of any sort.
- Dahkura- One of the few people in this game that I consider to be a good friend of mine. She (OMG, yes she is a girl so please stop asking) has forgotten more about this game than I will ever know so she can be very reliable with any question pertaining to Spiral Knights. Along with pretty much knowing everything there is to know about this game, she is a very social member with a fantastic sense of humor. She honestly will improve your time with this game if you get to know her because she is really that nice of a person. It has been an honor to have known her for this long and I hope we can continue to be good friends for years to come. -Some dude
- Current Veteran(s)
- Jakevf - Known to be elite skilled, and is the main provider for shadow lair runs in the guild, along with providing huge donations to the Guild Treasury, also quite funny with a great sense of humor.
- Lollipopstasteyum (inactive)- is the guild's first veteran, and is a quite good bomber on the side, and is one of the oldest members of the guild having been in Devilite inc. since last year around September.
- Biolover - She is very versatile with her gear, having passed the veteran test with no slot upgrades, shows true skill in spiral knights, and we are happy to have her on board with us in Devilite inc.
- Jedcpf - Really Loves a good challenge.... not kidding.

Rules & Regulations
Even though we are a very active and social guild - as well as master trolls - there are a few things you've got to take into consideration so you don't get yourself kicked out; (If you have been kicked and want to return please see the section below)
- Have a good attitude.
- Be mature.
- Be Active.
- Respect to all members.
- Be patient.
- No begging.
- No illegal activities will be tolerated. (i.e. scamming)
- Advertising anything on guild chat must not be spammed, and should asked briefly, you may advertise more if more members log on. Just be sure to greet them first!
- If someone is annoying you, just tell them. Preferably in a private message.
- Don't Demand things like promotions, supervision for testing, crystal energy or crowns, it is disrespectful to the guild. We are all generous initially, but we have to care for ourselves as well.
We would like you to be active. It's not that hard just to pop in every once in a while to say hi or check on your friends. Seriously, just log in and do something. Now that we can see when each member last logged in, if you are going to be away for a long time due to something that may or may not have come up, let us know. We have no idea where you'll be so we'll assume you've left SK for good and you'll most likely be removed.
Please note: We are no longer accepting random requests to join the guild. See "Recruitment and Promotion" above for recruiting information
WE REMOVE PLAYERS AFTER APPROXIMATELY 1-2 MONTHS OF INACTIVITY. (If you come back, simply PM Sirthomasrb or an officer and we will gladly invite you back into the guild and restore you rank initially. This is not to be confused with being kicked for misconduct.)
Kicking and Reinstatement
Our hope is to never have to do this to anyone, but there have and probably will be those who cannot follow the rules. This does not fully apply to those kicked for inactivity. Only those who are kicked for misconduct. Here are the steps to being reinstated:
- Be patient.
- Do not spam requests to be reinstated, this can serve to delay reinstatement or even ban you from the guild.
- Ask a guild master or officer what needs to be done for you to be reinstated.
- Do as they request. Don't be shy about it, but remember, you don't have to be overly specific if asked for reasons behind your actions.
There is a probation period for reinstatements for a determined amount of time. Currently it is a month. This will be shown by staying at the recruit level until the probation period has ended. During probation, you will be watched closely. Any misconduct will be acted upon promptly. Violations resulting being kicked again will result in you being banned. At such point, you will not be allowed to return.
Events
We're a rather small guild, so events don't happen too often. We only try to plan events when a majority of the active players are online and not busy. Our current events consist of:
- Races and Bets
- Quiz Shows
- Random Raffles for ANYTHING for ANYONE.
- Guild Vs Guild lockdown
- Race Prize placing order 1st: 300CE 2nd: 200CE 3rd: 100CE (I know these are quite basic, but still is a nice prize
Guild History
- Just a brief breakdown of the history.
(From Sirthomasrb's viewpoint) I have been in this guild ever since I started playing SK I first joined spiral knights around the fall of 2011, when my cousin Yakunan introduced me to the game. I was immediately made Guildmaster because of our family relation, and the guild wasn't much developed back then but still had a wide member base, was T2 Dominant and somewhere around December, we started getting into T3 more, and began to develop more rapidly, people left and new people joined, and since February, the current members I have are a delight and are highly appreciated, and I am proud to have them in my guild.
Guild Alliances
- Devilite Inc. is currently in an alliance with the following guilds.
Accepting Alliance requests soon.
Notices/Considerations/Status (Updated accordingly to events/status)
Devilite Inc. is recruiting new members, we like to keep it full and under control, and we try to do guild lock-down sometimes along with some guild events, we are quite active, and a delight to be with.
