The Spiral Pith Helm is a {{{star}}}-star helmet. A light helmet issued to all Spiral Knight recruits.

Description

The Spiral Pith Helm is one of three helmets that players can choose to start the game with, each with a different style. There is no recipe for this helmet and the only way to obtain it is to choose to start the game with it. Looks visualy simmilar to helmets from the frost breaker series.
