"Basically you should upload an updated version once. Then it may or may not eventually update in hours or days. That basically covers what we can do. It's some sort of server issue that has to be fixed on the backend of the wiki, so we just have to wait until the devs have time to do that." --Equinox This is what Equinox said regarding upload on my user talk page.
