Nothing is mentioned in the Technical issues or Performance issues FAQs about Bandwith Recommendations/Requirements...
From what I've read, bandwidth affects gameplay. I can only get up to 1.5MBdown(off-peak hours) off of a very local server at 3MB peak service tier.
Can SK Admins not address this factor for legal reasons?
