Daxen is a knight who specializes in gunslinging. The recipes he has produce weapons and gear that focus on ranged combat. He is located in the Hall of Heroes, which is accessible through the Hall of Heroes mission. He sells a fixed list of recipes, but you will only be able to see and purchase up to a certain star level which is based on your clearance. All recipes purchased from this vendor bind upon purchase.
