Guild Summary

Who are we?

Dark Guardians is a very fun and active guild that is currently holding almost daily contests to see which knight has the most bragging rights. We have a great group of fun-loving players and are always looking to have other like-minded individuals join our unique and active community.

In general, Dark Guardians...

• Is a active and fun community guild where members can play, socialize and chat about Spiral Knights
• We do a variety of runs, including all the bosses and shadow lairs, help each other out with clearing clockworks , we also do T3 basil runs to obtain recipes for members, occasionally do guild pvp for fun, as well as answering questions with our combined SK knowledge/experience on topics in-game or off
• We will not force or harass members to play or to do anything unless they want to

All in all, we believe people play games to have fun. So here at Dark Guardians, we don't take things too seriously...BUT, we still enjoy having an order and can get stuff done to provide a fun and a worthwhile experience for all.

Officers work in teams here so:

Officers in this guild have jobs, you will work in teams to make this guild more organised and integrated Its because we are in need od of a strong guild! Every officer has a job! We are working in teams.

Teams:

Lockdown team (3 ppl) WARMONGERR, LEXISTENCE

• would try to organise dates for guild lockdowns, at least ONCE a week <this is important>, weekends probably?
• finding a guild to fight with, encouraging people to participate in lockdown, comminicate with other Guild masters to fix a date of the fight
• CREATING a strong guild lockdown teams
• finding good players, give advices about gear, strategy etc
• create a strategy!
• any scheduled lockdown event should be announced on forum ( I will check this)
• all upcoming events should be announced both in forum and in game mail ( I will keep an eye on that)

Recruiting team (2 ppl) ZA-CK, KNIGHTOZ

• should recruit 4* or 5* ppl
• do not invite random people, allowed friends, good players met during the runs, only polite, honourable, fair people, devoted to the game
• more than 95 ppl in the guild needed
• this team have to know rules of promotion, exams, guild etc
• helping new members feel more welcome ( telling about contests, wiki page, forum)
• the promotion for member (from recruit) can be done only by LAYLLA!!

Controlling team (3 ppl) - SOLIVY, NANOMUS, FISCHOZOR

• keeping an eye on scammers and beggars (its forbidden in this guild) give one warning and then remove the scammer/beggar
• peacekeepers, watchers, guardians, helpers, caretakers
• making sure that other officers are doing their assigned duties well and keep track of complaints

Integrating team - hr dept (2 ppl) RANKU, SHADOWNIGHTX, CPTKC

• dealing with members
• hangs with other guys, helping new members feel more welcome
• telling them about guild, forums, mail etc - introducing (a welcome mail might be a good idea)
• helping all other officers
• explaining the rules
• encouraging others to take part in contests!!!
• updating the members list at wiki page (once a week at least, I will check this)
• post messages on the forum - at least once a week to keep it working
• USE the guild chat VERY OFTEN ( I will keep an eye on that)

Any problems with an officer should be the dept of GM's. Please do not remove anybody without warnings and consultations with other officers or GMs. Alway try to help other teams! Officer cant demote/promote officers I am aware the sometimes I will have to demote those who are not willing to work, we need a good teams, I hope you understand. But dont worry, if you do someting great or extraordinary that will grab my attention, I will award you with cr or nice accesories:) And I am here to help you, any question? ask me - Laylla

How to Join

If you would like to join our guild please contact any officer/Guild Master

YOU MUST:

• be atleast 4*
• have a fun loving nature
• and ask first

simple really.

We remove members, which are absent for 2 weeks, although with a heavy heart :( If you have holiday - tell us about it! ;d

Rankings

• The ranking system is determined by a number of factors, including the time spent in the guild, and Attitude (important we respect each other here)

Promotion system:

• Recruits are well recruits
• Members prove that the person has been with us for at least 1 day (cake)
• Veterans -(this is where it gets hard) 1 week in the guild, full 5* gear, and he/she will be tested in a T3 arena(solo) where the person cannot die( a officer or guild master will be there to observe only), another way is going with a officer or guild master (the full party is allowed though, just an officer or GM has to be there) to FireStorm Citadel and beat Vanaduke without having to revive throughout the entire FSC. So when one wants to take an exam, he should inform any officer or guild master about it and start a party. After the exam is passed, both the examiner and a new veteran should write an email to Laylla to confirm promotion.
• Officer - we have a set amount of officers so if u are in the guild for 3 weeks at least and have became a veteran the guild master will decide who should become an officer...you should: be active, frequently take part in guild chat, skilled and mature :)
