Guild Summary
Devilite Inc. is highly active and organized guild founded by Yakunan and cared for by our lovely co-guild master, Sirthomasrb along with our deputy, (officer) Jedcpf. Our guild consist of players with mainly higher Tier 2 ordnances. Our higher officials (officers, Tier 3 veterans and members) strive to raise our newer recruits and members until they are able to fend for themselves and help out whenever they're called to duty. We do frequent FSC (Firestorm Citadel), RoF (Rise or Fall mission) and JK (Jelly King [actual name is Royal Jelly Palace]) runs and aim to train our members to be efficient at defeating Lord Vanaduke, along with the other bosses. Our officers and veterans are a delight to be around and we expect our recruits and members to be kind with a sense of humor as well. Most of us are generous and if you need something as simple as a material we will mail it for free (not shadow lair mats of course). All of us are mature and willing to improve, including our higher ranking members who are not here to put you down based on skill. Instead we prefer to be positive and help you be better skilled by offering suggestion on how to improve your skill or even as simple as what gear you should get. We equally value all of our members and like feedback on how we're doing, so if you see some flaws as a member of Devilite Inc. let us know. We want to improve more for YOU and people like YOU. So put on your troll faces and get ready to hop in~
Recruitment and Promotion
In order to join the Devilite Inc. you must meet the following minimal requirements:
- Recruit
- [A sprite yet to be angered into Devilitism]
- Dedication inquiry accomplished by means of a few questions. (Unless suggested by a group member)
- Member
- [You are a Grunt, Throw office chairs and staplers to your most passionate desire]
- One week after recruitment without any warnings.
- Veteran
- [You are an Overtimer you've worked efficiently enough to impress your pit boss AND you get a complimentary pitchfork!]
- Must be competent in tier 2 by soloing either of the tier 2 bosses Spiral Knights offers. (Royal Jelly or Roarmulus Twins) You may pick the mission provided for the bosses.
NOTE: You can revive twice during this test. Any more than that will result in failing the test. You will be assessed by an officer or the guild master. They will be fallen during the run so they can observe you. If you accompany the observer to the crossroads before the test, you must drop all vials and capsules before proceeding into the test. After completing the test, the guild members that are online will cast their vote on whether you shall be promoted. So be sure you are a good member before taking any tests!

- [You are a Yesman, you have exceeded the workforce standards and proved yourself as a true devilite.]
- Must be competent in tier 3 by either soloing Firestorm Citadel including Lord Vanaduke OR regular clockworks starting at D23 (you must complete either 2 arenas or 2 danger rooms). The clockworks test gate is determined by the officer(s) and guild master(s).

- Due to Yakunan (our founder) no longer active in the world of SK, she has entrusted the leadership of Devilite Inc. to Sirthomasrb, and only him. so Guild Master Rank is not open for anyone right now, but of course this rank has the role of a very important responsibility, so of course you might not want this rank anyway. :P Also, to be capable of making the proper descion on which gate will be hosting the clockworks test, he has, and still is, capable of passing the officer's test.
You must have plenty of experience with others. Being social is important here. Basic knowledge of the game is also a necessity as well as basic fighting and shield tactics.
Rules & Regulations
Even though we are a very active and social guild - as well as master trolls - there are a few things you've got to take into consideration so you don't get yourself kicked out;
- Have a good attitude.
- Be mature.
- Be Active.
- Respect all members.
- No begging.
- Advertising anything on guild chat must not be spammed, and should asked briefly, you may advertise more if more members log on. Just be sure to greet them first!
- Don't Demand things like promotions or crowns, it is disrespectful to the guild, as we are all generous initially.
We would like you to be active. It's not that hard just to pop in every once in a while to say hi or check on your friends. Like, seriously, man. Come on. Just log in and do something. Now that we can see when each member last logged in, if you are going to be away for a long time due to something that may or may not have come up, let us know. We have no idea where you'll be so we'll assume you've left SK for good and you'll most likely be removed.

WE REMOVE PLAYERS AFTER APPROXIMATELY 1-2 MONTHS OF INACTIVITY. (If you come back, simply PM Sirthomasrb or Jedcpf and we will gladly invite you back into the guild and restore you rank initially)
Events
We're a rather small guild, so events don't happen too often. We only try to plan events when a majority of the active players are online and not busy. Our current events consist of:

- Random Raffles for ANYTHING for ANYONE.
Guild History
- Just a brief breakdown of the history.
(From Sirthomasrb's viewpoint) I have seen this guild through all of it's glory and failiure. I first joined spiral knights around the fall of 2011, when my cousin Yakunan introduced me to the game. When I first joined this guild it was okay, though far too many officers and guild masters. I myself was promoted to guild master as soon as I joined. Of course at the time as a beginner, I didn't know much. Back then Yakunan was much more active, and she would be on everyday lighting the faces of the guild. She was very experienced at the game, having play styles of her own, and loved to invite me into tier 3 while I still had weak gear. Eventually, members of Devilite Inc. started to complain about our ranking system and Yakunan attempted to fix it by demoting everyone to a more reasonable rank. Yet, it didn't work out as well as expected. A few members left to join other guilds, including our current officer Jedcpf. Around November/December Yakunan started playing SK less and less and being less active in the guild. While that was going on, a former member proceeded to invite numerous members. Sometimes reeling in a special member every once in a while. Although the majority was not very dedicated to this game, and this made the guild very inactive and mess. Aside from that, around January, we went through what I like to call "The Drama Period" of the guild. This period is marked as when many members were quite hostile towards each other and the were many flame wars and arguments on the guild chat, even involving me. A number of members eventually stopped playing the game because of this. This all eventually stopped and the guild began to rise. Jedcpf came back, and practically helped me as the guild master get Devilite Inc. back in order. With his help we got rid of members who were a nuisance to the guild's integrity. The special members that jklk managed to reel in before he left stayed with us, and today these members are the very heart of the guild. I hope they stay in Devilite Inc. for as long as they play. Without them, this guild is just another ordinary guild. Because of them this guild is becoming Tier 3 dominant and well experienced at the game overall. We have gone from constantly doing Royal Jelly Runs to doing Firestorm Citadel Runs.

- Now the founder and guild master of Anonymous Inc.. He was pretty cool seemed sort of distant from the game, and out of nowhere decided to make his guild and well... is a decent player now. (and loves to go AFK in shadow lair runs 55% of the time >_<)

- Now in some other guild (he joins a different guilds every so often so it can't confirm which one he is in) He spammed invites for our guild back then and actually reeled us in some great members who stayed with us even with the terrible stuff going on back then. He was one heck of a member, and he was a key figure, indirectly, in shaping this guild with good members.

- Now a member of Knightmare, He had some great knowledge of Spiral Knights during his time in the guild before he left around December. He gave many of us useful playing tips and tricks. Although not very bright >_> he still is a very experienced player as far as I'm concerned.
