Heart

Hearts are items that restore one bar of health to the knight that picks them up. Walk over the heart to pick it up. The heart will refill some health only for the knight that picked it up.
You cannot pick up a heart if you are full. It is possible to be down a fraction of a health bar while the graphic shows a full bar (it only uses the half bar graphic when the bar is half or less full); in such cases, you will pick up the heart, and only get a tiny boost to your health total.
