Hector, Capsule Merchant
Description
Hector is a ghost merchant in the northwest corner area of Moorcroft Manor. He sells some helpful capsules. You can buy a maximum of 3 of any kind of capsule. Knights could lose their crowns and not if they attempt to buy four or more of a certain type of capsule.
