K P A stands for "Kat Protection Agency". It was created on December 15th, Saturday, 2012.
Members of the K P A are expected to avoid harming any monsters of the Kat family, if possible. Exceptions include when in an "Arena" area and all monsters must be killed to continue, or in required self-defense.
