You can access the main menu by clicking on the 
main menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
It gives you easy access to various information and lists shortcut keys when available.
The items included in the menu are:

- Learned recipes (F5)
- Character progress (O)
- Messages
- Options (Esc)
- Help (F1)
- Support
- Purchase Energy
- Redeem Code
