Tier Grading System
The Tier Grading System consists of using the tiers as a way to promote people. This is the way it goes: Tier 1: Recruit Tier 2: Member Tier 3: Veteran Officer: Friendship, Kindness, and Valiance Guild Master: Friendship, Kindness, Valiance, Leadership, Responsibility, and Honesty Grading system coutesy of GKM
Guild Masters
Incinder (The founder of PGM) says: A good friend who has shown the qualities of a good Guild Master. The other good friend who has shown great qualities of an awesome Guild Master.
