The Tailed Helm is a costume.

Description
An expressive helm proving that two plumes are always better than one.
Notes
This costume was introduced with hunter coloration in August 2012.Admin Post
It is one of several "recolored" costumes. It also seems to be a "popular" design, with many other helmet and costume items having a similar shape.
It is probably intended to be in a "set" with the Culet, based on the shapes of the Emberbreak gear items.
