It seems like all the accessories have the following description text:
"A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to [location]. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizer in the Haven Bazaar."
with [location] being one of the following: >the front of select helmets >the side of select helmets >the top of select helmets >the back of select helmets >
there are more, but these are the only ones I've seen.
