It is a customized skin by another member of the Knights of Equestria Guild that they passed along to me, and far as I know, we haven't been instructed to remove or cease the creation of customized player skins. In fact, the same person who has been making them made a thread about it on the Spiral Knights forums asking about customizing in-game textures and the moderator stated "We don't care, but if you break your game it's not our fault."
