Notes

The terms "color style," "color theme," and "color pattern," as well as many others can be confusing. To clarify:

"Style": Seen in the official tooltip description of various prize boxes in-game. It is a good term, but is difficult to use uniformly for all items that use a named coloration because items are often "styled" with a color pattern, but also use other color codes, so style gets mixed up with "theme" quite frequently.
"Theme": An item is themed with a color if it uses any color in a color pattern. Items can be themed with more than one color pattern.
"Pattern": a collection of three color codes that are easily distinguished by the naming convention and/or behavior of several items.
The names of some color patterns (like "GM Purple") are chosen by users and are not derived from the naming convention of the items themed with said color pattern.

Terms such as "standard," "special," "other" and so on apply to Color Pattern Groups. These terms are mostly derived from the colloquial terms often seen in-game and in forums throughout the game's history.
