The Stranger Hat is a costume.
Description
A hat once worn by the enigmatic strangers. It seems to have small, colorful feathers hiding in every seam.

This costume was introduced with the (now obsolete) Explorer's Pack in December 2011 (date needs confirmation).
- As of release 2013-07-30, the Explorer's Pack (and therefore these hats) are no longer available via purchase.
The feathers mentioned in this item's description are probably snipe feathers, as snipes frequently perch on Strangers.
