Book of Dark Rituals is a rare drop from Black Kats. Black kats can be found in the Clockworks only during certain promotional events. There have been two events thus far, one that ran from release 2013-01-30 to release 2013-02-13 and release 2013-08-21 to 2013-08-28. Book of Dark Rituals is unbound, and hence can be traded between knights.
