Previously known as Dragon Knights, Titan is a friendly, hospitable, casual guild that is always glad to accept some newcomers.

Summary

What we are:

Most importantly, we are a family. Families stick together, help each other through hard times, watch each other's backs, and never give up on each other! We pride ourselves in our ability to stick together and tough out any situation that comes along. It continues to get stronger and grow larger. You won't find a better, closer, or more professional bunch of guys and gals than those you see here!

Despite being a casual guild, we're serious about your ability to fight.

Mature and intelligent, even though we start the tavern fight sometimes, we are a chivalrous and knightly bunch.

Casual and fun.

To sum things up briefly, we are basically an "extended friendlist" type of guild. In general, we aim at having fun together, helping each other if needed, and keeping up some good mood. And we seek perfection, too: developing the Guild Hall until there's nothing to add, earning our mission ranks until there's no more rank to be awarded, alchemizing our gear until the arsenal is full.

We do not impose ultimately strict requirements, neither do we demand lots of various actions to be performed in order to keep your place in the guild. Thus, there's no need to worry whether you learned everything, complied with everything, etc. We keep things simple.

Requirements

There go the requirements, as they were descended to us by our founding fathers:

  • You must show Patience, Honor, Integrity, and the willingness to work and function as a Team.
  • Be basically the first two points in "What we are". We want people who can handle a joke and not start internet drama.
  • Maturity, of course.
  • Any tier or experience.
  • Any play style.
  • You must not be Deceptive.
  • You must show some exceptional positive combat attributes, such as understanding the situation, working with the rest of the party, and not just running head-first into chambers and rooms. Remember, we always work as a team!
  • Be willing to learn. We want you to take something out of this guild, and what we offer is knowledge of how to not suck at Spiral Knights in general.
  • Last but not least, Have fun!

Guild Rules

Life is easy at Titan, but we still have a number of general rules to follow. They are:

  • Act with civility while you carry the guild name.
  • Strictly no begging, or harassment of other members of the guild.
  • No slurring, racial or otherwise.
  • Do not spam guild chat, or use it to discuss touchy topics like politics or religion.
  • Be respectful and courteous to other players, this includes people outside the guild.
  • Don't be a troll or feed the trolls.
  • Respect all guild members, we grow as a team. Not individuals.

Promotion

Once you join the guild, you get the rank of Recruit. That's basic one.

Next: you've been a recruit for at least 2 weeks and gone on runs with other members. You aren't afraid to ask other members for help (nothing to be afraid of anyway!) and you have ideas and suggestions to help us continue to improve the guild. You can claim the rank of Member.

Next: you are completely settled into the guild, having access to Tier 3 with good experience and skill, able to guide and lead our newer members in the right direction to grow strong. You can become a Veteran, having spoken about that in advance with a GM or an Officer.

Next: you've got strong leadership and communication skills, Tier 3 access, high activity, a strong knowledge in knowing how the guild works all together. You go to a GM or Officer and give them an "officer-statement", containing reasons as to why you should be promoted and how you would contribute to the guild after receiving your new ranking. Should all actual officers and GMs agree, you will become an Officer.

Final: you are a trusted, exceptional, and talented player. Not only have you gained all of the ranks above, but the whole guild knows you for the person and player of who you are. Again, should all actual officers and GMs agree, you will reach the highest rank of Guild Master.

Inactivity

There is an inactivity policy for Recruits and Members. If you are going to leave the game for an extended period of time (greater than 3 months), please care to inform the guild administration about that. Staff on duty are Jendar-Nox and Telekinetic-Monkey. If we see that you are inactive for long, and if we don't get any word from you about the reasons of your absence, you might be removed from the guild's ranks.

Donations

We do not enforce donations, but we can always find some good use for your crowns if you have some to spare. Add to the Guild Treasury as much as you can, and as often as you can.

Energy Wells

High-ranking guild members (Veterans and above) have access to Energy Wells in Guild Master quarters, Officer Lounge and Veterans' Room. Guild policy prescribes that 5 000 crowns should be paid to the Guild Treasury for each 100 energy withdrawn.

Other Services

At the moment, the Guild Hall offers the following services:

  • Member, Veteran, and Officer Storage
  • Alchemy Room and General Goods Merchant
  • Auction House
  • Bechamel's Makeover Studio

Steam Group

The guild has a group for members who play Spiral Knights through Steam. It is open for joining and can be found at the following address: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/skdkt. Any questions related to the group's administration should be directed to Jendar-Nox.
