About the Electro Hawks
The Electro Hawks was a guild formed by cousins; Flintzynite (aka Flint) and Kimahsonite (aka Kimah). It was aimed at getting talented, skilled and humble knights to create a aerie of Electro Hawks. We are fairly recent so recruiting members and running schedules and many other things done with the Hawks will be assessed later. This guild was named after the TV show 'Storm Hawks', a favourite among the founders. The symbolism of the hawk is the fighting spirit and fearlessness. Being 'electro' we combine our power into one just like the voltage in a lightning bolt. Our guild has to strive till the end with hostility, amazement, willingness, karma and spirit. We don't just discuss about Spiral Knights, but we talk about more (nearly everything acceptable to our guild rules and regulations). We will work together to help our fellow Hawks and give the best possible knowledge to have them succeed in their missions and endevours. We specialise in boss runs and are planning runs through Clockworks and more in the near future. We will also be conducting Lockdown and Blast Network games.
Recruitment
At the moment the Guild Masters are recruiting an amount of starter members, then when we are confident of recruiting serious Hawks we will have people message us in-game and give them a set of questions.
Requirements Of Being a Hawk
To be invited and accepted by the guild masters, you must show trust and interest into the game and going for runs to boost the Guild's status. We mainly accept people with 3 to 5 star category arsenal and equipment(we also recruit knights who are 1 and 2 star, but seem to have interest in becoming better in Cradle).Apon being a Hawk, you must be trusted to behave in a mannered way, according to our guild rules and regulations(this goes for guild and officer chat) and you must always help other Hawks and act in a kind and just way.Contributions to our guild are most welcome. To maintain upkeep and furniture costs for the future, Hawks are required to pay around 1/3 of their earnings in crowns of most of their daily runs (We do 750 cr per day now. This requirement might be temporarily lifted during events, holidays, or if a GM feels like it).
Promoting and Demoting
Promoting will occur when a Hawk is shown to have made good decisions, helped in a very likable way or done a lot of contribution into the game. Demoting will almost never happen, as we will only kick people out if not co-operated well with other Hawks or acted in a rude or disrespectful way. When promoting, we mainly promote to Officers and under. Only really special and well-working Hawks will receive the job of being a Guild Master (currently one more spot on offer for Guild Master role).
