History
This guild was formed in April 2013 and found its name from a community at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Fabiant represents unity, strength and a love of nature (that’s right, we are crazy nature lovers who like to play awesome games like Spiral Knights :D).
Code
Here are some general rules everyone needs to follow in this guild:
- be polite and friendly (to fellow members and everyone on Cradle)
- respect your superiors
- be as active as you can (if you aren't online for 3 weeks you'll be kicked !!)
- do not beg for crowns and materials (if you do, you get 2 warnings, the 3rd results in a kick)
- ask the guild masters if you have questions
- help out your fellow members with missions and other things (if you are not legible to do certain missions or if you don’t have the required tier permission, please let him/her know you can’t join) We take great value from this, because kindness and helping out others is our greatest virtue :)
- be mature ( a little bit of silliness is accepted ;p)
- don't join us if you just want to leave later, we don't tolerate 'guild hopping'
- don't bring up all your personal problems or cause guild drama, we like to keep it fun and cheerful in Fabiant ;D ( again, 2 warnings and kick rule)
- don’t change the daily message, don't buy new wings or don't buy things from the birdsong emporium without permission from a guild master
We also like you to return a little favor to the guild (that includes a favor to yourself as well, if you’re a member) and donate 10% of your daily earnings in the guild treasury. This means: if you earn a certain amount of crowns on one day after doing arcade runs or missions, you donate 1/10th of that amount (example: 5000cr/10 = 500cr). This is the fairest for everyone (and not too expensive to maintain every day). The reason we ask you to donate is because we have the guild upkeep to pay. Recruiting and Promoting
* How to get recruited
Everyone who wants to join, can join. This means we welcome you as long as you keep yourself to the rules ;)
* How to get promoted
You can earn your new titles by showing us your loyalty, commitment and skill. Now what would be the best way to do that? Showing us that you can use all of those virtues to earn a little bit of cash ^^ (We’re not greedy buggers ;p but your crowns bring profit to the whole guild because it goes straight to the treasury)
Recruit to Member
- donate 2.500 crowns (in one time)
Member to Veteran
- donate 10.000 crowns (in one time)
Veteran to Officer (when room for another Officer)
- donate 50.000 crowns + give 5 2 star weapons or gear to your liking (in one time)
Officer to Guild Master (when room for another Guild Master)
- after you have shown us your unconditional loyalty, great skill and your commitment to the guild, we will give you a specific task (determined by the other guild masters) you have to fulfil
! Important !
- When you have donated crowns to be promoted, please let us know! (the guild masters and officers)
- When you have a rank higher than recruit, you have to donate at least 500 cr every week or you will be demoted.
Mini Games
If you wish to enter the Fabiant Mini Games, just send 50 cr to our guild master Flapjack-Rulzz (so 50cr = 1 mini game).
Slimeball
This is a knight vs knight game where you play soccer, and in which the ball is a lichen. In order to win, you have to shieldbump the lichen into your opponent's goal.
Rules:
- the Slimeball games will be a tournament announced by the guild message of the day
- when announced, you have 2 weeks to send your entering ticket (50 cr) to Flap
- if you have payed to play Slimeball, a referee will invite you to the Slimeball field
- you can't use weapons or your sprite, only your shield
- only the referee may bring weapons/a sprite
=> Preliminary rounds = rush game (first goal wins)
=> Quarter Final, Semifinal and Final rounds = normal game (best out of 3 goals wins)
!!! The winner of the Finale gets 1500 cr!
VIP Transfer
This is a game in which 1 or more 'bodyguards' have to guide a VIP (a guild master/officer) true a level to a safe point without the VIP being killed.
Rules:
- the VIP Transfer games will be announced by the guild message of the day
- the VIP has only proto equipment
- you start at a safe point (for example: a terminal) and get the VIP to the next safe point
- if the VIP dies = game over
!!! If the VIP doesn't die = 500 cr for each bodyguard!
Guild Lottery
Every month our guild members get the possibility to join the Fabiant Guild Lottery ^^ The date of the lottery draw will be announced by the guild message of the day (FGLD: Fabiant Guild Lottery Draw). Every member can join :D If you want to get entered just send one of the guild masters >>> currently: Profparadox <<< 500 crowns in a mail as a payment for your lottery ticket.
You can enter only once a month so everyone gets a fair chance. Then we can write down all the names of the members (who send 500 cr) to pick a winner from ^^
The winner will be chosen randomly by using this site: http://primaryschoolict.com/random-name-selector/
and will be announced by the guild message of the day.

The Fabiant Guild Lottery prizes will always consist of:
- A generous amount of crowns
- 2 valuable items (could be: weapons, accessories, costumes, keys, usables,…)

We set new guild goals regularly to give everyone exciting challenges and set up important tasks to make our guild bloom and flourish :D
