Finance
The amount of money you MUST deposit depends on what Guild rank you are: +Recruit: 1000cr; Member: 2000cr; Veteran: 3000cr; Officer: 4000cr; Guild Master: 5000cr => Per WEEK
Questions:
1.When to deposit?
- Saturday or Sunday (if you besy at this day you can deposit at the other one, Example: You busy at Saturday -> You can deposit at Sunday)
=> Depositing at any day except Sat and Sun require a mail which is sent to GM
2.How to put money to Treasure Vault?
-> Come to Guild Hall -> Center (The circle machine- I call it HQ) -> choose "Show Treasure Vault - You will see the box in the center of the screen -> you can type the number of money you want to deposit.
Example: your Guild rank is Veteran, so you must deposit 3000cr as Requirement, if you want to deposit more, just type that number...
3.The next week...is it exception or cumulation?
As i said before, the requirement is the money you must deposit for one week . It's not mean your Guild rank is Member (Requirement is 2000cr) and you depositted 4000cr, then the next week you say you no need to deposit 2000cr again... So, please...Accept the requirement, volunteering just be recommendation
4.Why I must deposit at Saturday or Sunday?
- So that Officers and Guild Masters can easily manage.
Important: If you deposit at Wednesday (not at Sat or Sun), we will defaultly understand that money is volunteer
In case you busy at Saturday and Sunday, too. You must mail to Guild Master, tell what reason (you will travel with family for long day?... How long can you come back..etc) + the money require (base on your Guild rank)
5.How can Officers and Guild Masters manage us?
- They use name list + day checker...by paper, Word program or Excel program (I suggest Officers and GMs use this). This jobs is worked at Monday, slowest is Tuesday -> The result and report (who didn't deposit money in time) must be sent through mail to Guild Master
- In HQ, it's a mode "Guild Record", they will use it to do their jobs. Any un-deposit member must be report to 1st Guild Master Emma so that she can warn, notice or kick the un-deposit members)}}
Expanding
We just can expand when we reached the number of members allowed: 25 members: Floor 1
50 members: Floor 2
75 members: Floor 3
100 members: Floor 4
=> 1 floor includes 2 sides -> Not reach 25 yet can expand 1 side only}}
Don't use general money! That money is used for paying the unkeep fee only! If you wanna expand one side of a floor, use your private money (Example: fee to expand west side is 10000cr, you come to Tresure Vault, put in 10000cr the go to Design mode -> Expand)
=> Remember send a mail to Emma after expanding (a comfirm mail about expanding Guild Hall)
- At the same time the unkeep will increase, if you want one room is just only for you, you must pay the unkeep fee for 50% (add to the deposit money require which must be paid at Sat or Sun), you wanna own 2 rooms? -> Pay 100% (about 6250cr) for that (per week, of course)
-> Decorating, Door locker..for your room is paid by your private money, too
+ except you expand for general using, the unkkep for that expansion is 0.
Questions:
1. What should I do when I wanna go to a room?
Read the Room's name first! Please, be polite. Although it's blue wall (not red wall) you must still read the title about the room you want to come in.
+The room has authorized name (Example: Emma's room; Lily's room...), if you want to visit, ask the owner, if she allow, you can come.
+The room for common use (Livingroom, Kitchen...etc) you can freely come, sit, dance, drink, eat..whatever! :D
2.Be polite!
Don't move any decorating items away other people's room
The unexpanding just can be done by Emma.
Developement
This guild not focus much about how big it is. All rules I said just show my hopeness about steady-with-time Guild.
Don't compare out Guild with other, of course we hardly good as Lockdown Ace, or The Jempire, Jedi Master, Lion Hearts, Solo Art..If you feel you don't wannna stay in this guild anymore, it's ok, I will understand. Comparision will make me sad...so don't do it.

Leaving Guild without say anything is rudeness, we are girl, let's act as a cute girl.
Social in game
Your party has 3 peoples, you invite one memmber and she joined...Oh what? All 3 peoples already dead! And she must revive you to keep playing...
-> Invite other people when you all dead is very rude. So better you ask your friend (or Guild memmber) before send invitation. If she agree to join, you can invite.
Guild channel just be used for work, or for all memmber, not single member, please. I won't allow 2 peoples keep chatting through Guild channel
Guild ranking
At the first recruting time, Emma and officers base on your Game rank to promote you:
Champion-Vanguard: 5* Officer
Defender-Defender Elite: 4* Veteran
Knight-Knight Elite: 2*-3* Member
Appretience 0*-1* Recruit
After reach the number of members (25, 50, 75, 100, ...), it'll be a Special Even for all Officer, who always online each day (at least 2 hours), good at managing (use Excel program to manage Finance)...etc...can be considered to rank up, become 2nd GM (reach 25 members), 3rd GM (reach 50 members)...so on.
Reward: 1 Trinket slot upgrade (30 days)
With lower rank members, if your game rank is up, your Guild rank is up too.So don't forget contact to any Officers/GM so that she can promote you
=> If your Game rank is high but your Guild rank is low (not right as the rule) and you don't say anything to Officers/GMs (so that the deposit money is low...), you can be invited out the Guild.
