Kinship (Guild)

A guild is only as strong as its connections between the members of that guild: therefore, you should strive to help your fellow members where possible on missions in the clockworks. Try asking to join the party of a fellow member now and then.

The aim of this guild is to build up a community that will be there for its members, not for fame or glory, but rather for the sheer joy that comes from knowing you’ve done your best to help your mates, your guild, or even a stranger.

And more than that, because there’s a joy that comes simply from having another there with you as you face the floors ahead.

Kinship is family, and family helps each other to become the best they can be. Therefore promotions should reflect this. Those who strive to help others within their guild, and are loyal to the guild, will be promoted.

The kinship does not end with the guild, those outside of the guild are your brothers and sisters too. Treat them the same way you would those within the guild.

1. No Begging, it reflects badly on you and the guild – There is a big difference between asking once politely, someone offering to give you something either without being asked or through casual conversation, and you begging for it.

2. Be polite – this is for when you’re talking to either guild or non-guild members. No need to go overboard; just make sure you’re not being rude.

- This includes no swearing

- I'd suggest no random invites or joins. This is not a rule set in stone. However, this is a little common courtesy that can go a long way to preventing people getting annoyed at others for not communicating if they happen to be busy at the time, or wish to do a solo run. </Font>
