About Us

The League of Assassins is a highly secretive agency of the Spiral Order that employs different “ Guild Masters" that train knights into Assassins, to further the goals and protect the security of the Skylark. Although the most guilds strikes fear in the hearts of all knights, loyal and corrupt alike, the deadly disciples of the League of Assassins strike fear in the hearts of even the most savvy, battle-hardened of knights of SK.

Assassins are typically deployed alone wherever feasible, having been trained to operate extensively behind enemy lines with no support.

As far as the guild community goes, we are one big family, and we take care of each other before anything else. Also, we strive to be the best at everything (PvP, PvE, Trading, etc). We also have a great guild hall for all purposes.

Guild Guidelines

In order to make this guild a safe and enjoyable place, we ask you to follow a few guidelines while playing and interacting:

1. Please avoid explicit language. While casual use of censored swear words is permitted, one is not expected to use references to sexual activity or images, as we have players from age 13 and above.

2. Blasphemy is strictly prohibited. It would be advised not to indulge in religious talks as different people have different views and conflicting opinions can really make the chat ugly.

3. Show respect to each other. When you disagree with someone, try to work it out personally. Please refrain from launching personal attacks or anything intended to insult another player. Humility & Empathy should be shown in your attempts to resolve any conflicts.

4. Most importantly, No Begging & No Borrowing. There are ample items in all three storages and if it’s outside the scope of the guild storage, you may ask others your friends through personal messages, but once it turns into an act of “Begging”, we will be required to take action, as no one likes to be pestered while enjoying this game ;)

5. Lastly, DO NOT ABUSE THE GUILD STORAGES. We practice a "One for One" method, where you’re expected to put back something of EQUAL value if you ever take something from the storage.

Failure to abide by any of these rules will earn you warnings at first, followed by demotion, and finally removal from guild for immaturity.

Ranks and Promotions

In order to get promoted, certain criteria have to be met. If a promotion doesn't come through, it doesn't necessarily mean you're denied one permanently. It’ll only take place when a guild master or several officers have determined a preferment is applicable.

* Begging for a rank up will only get you a demotion and/or a kick from the team.

* Promotions are based on merit, not donations.

Recruit - Must at least be a Defender Elite; unless a special recommendation has been sent to a GM or Officer.

Member - Must have remained in the guild for an undefined period of time, but also has to have been active throughout their time in the guild. Activity can be spent in Lockdown, Event/Story missions, or both. Helping guild members and chatting through guild chat is a plus. Follows the rules to the letter.

Veteran - On top of meeting all the requirements for Member, must be able to hold their own in missions or lockdown. Has been depended on for assistance and has been responsible by giving assistance when needed, and can be trusted by higher ranks.

Promotion Process

In order for a promotion to go through, a discussion must be held between the officers and guild masters. 2-3 officers are required to discuss and approve a promotion to member and veteran. A promotion to officer requires an approval from a minimum of 4 officers OR a guild master. An interview may be required if necessary. If a promotion is granted, a ceremony may be pending. If a promotion is denied, it is not denied permanently, the guild member may attempt to request a promotion again at a later date, but may not beg for a retry or for an immediate promotion.

Leaving the League of Assassins

Whenever an Assassin wishes to leave the guild, they are free to do so, however they are expected to follow three rules:

1. You must never reveal sensitive information about LoA to others for as long as you live.

2. You must never use former contacts met through your being in the guild for personal gain.

3. Though our paths may have diverged, you must continue to live out your life with all your might, you must never consider your own life to be something insignificant, and you must never forget about your friends for as long as you live.
