Sand Protocol
Upon reaching the 100 Member cap protocols were put in place. These are the Desert Protocols. No activity for a week = Removal from Guild. Recruits are given three days to show they can be member (AKA talking in guild chat) otherwise they will be removed. All new members are to be run by KingGobi <3
Guild Information
Shifting Sands is a fun lovin' guild for Knights who want to explore the clockworks, we accept all tiers. We frequently run Jelly King and the RAWRmulus twins. We sometimes run Snarby on alts (depends if killing him is required for a member to get an item)

History
Help us write the Ballad of the Shifting Sands!
Shifting Sands was founded by King Gobi who with Dimensionshift began to recruit members (most King Gobi did the recruiting because Dimensionshift is lazy).
KingGobi, Dimensionshift and Prolem go on a mission to slay Snarby! During the crossfire Prolem joins the cause and KingGobi loses an eye and it is replaced with a bionic enhancement.
We trial run some officers! ---Completed-- We gained two new officers! These men are well trained in the arts of espionage and diplomacy. Maybe you'll actually survive before you lose your head? Prolem was demoted for being inactive and was demoted by guild vote. 20 Members were on at the time. Kinggobi holds election for new Guild Master

Rules
-Have Fun (usually the last rule but I personally think this is important)
-Be Respectful (Seriously, I hate annoying people who are stuck up snobs)
-Be Adventurous (You think you suck? I don't, do better!)
-Be Generous (Hidden within the rules is a PROTIP! AKA I give out free stuff if you give out free stuff)
-Think about who you recruit! (Don't recruit noobs honestly.... if they wear proto, just don't)
-Come up with a signature battle cry (I love battle cries.... Even tho I ripped mine off WARHAMMER 40K!)

We're at War, what do I do?
We go for the passive approach, instead of abusing the members of the guild, we look to recruit them. You see, we at Shifting Sands see our enemies as misguided individuals who will eventually whether they like it or not. Be Assimilated.
How does assimilation work? We invite the member to the guild telling them full well that they are our enemies however they will be treated in a friendly manner. If they accept they join the family.
Equal Rights? An assimilated member is a member. They are privy to all respect of their rank and are to be treated like anyone else in the guild (with badassery)

Member Make a comment in guild chat! I see fine knight, you wish to prove your mettle in this guild? Train hard! Fight well! And maybe you'll survive to fight with KingGobi. . .
Veteran Survive an expedition in the clockworks with a Guild Master! 3 TIMES IN TIER 2! You've fought many battles, explored many tiers and even fought with the guild masters. Bathe in your achievements you are superior to other members. -Tier 2 Armor Required-
Officer So you think your good enough? You need to be of Veteran rank and have the trust of atleast ONE of the guild masters. Your the best of the best, the finest Shifting Sands has to offer! Only second to the Guild Masters, show your prowess in battle and your knowledge of warfare! -Tier 3 Armor Required-
Guild Master You think your the best of the best? You think you can command a mighty guild? You think your the icing on the cake? Survive a TEST OF AUTHORITY from Kinggobi and one other Guild Master.
