Has anyone ever seen this Recipe anywhere? I've browsed Basil's wares dozens of times and never seen it once!

Yep, I've also seen it several times. You just have to get lucky with Basil. Also, the recipe is only sold on Tier 2, if that helps. ~Katmint 03:38, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
