Can someone explain what "Attack Speed Decreased: Low" means in the wiki somewhere? Is it a positive thing that affects monsters or a negative thing that affects you?

• It's a percent modifier that will reduce the attack speed of all weapons. This means that rate of fire and sword swing speed will be reduced when wearing an item with this modifier. As a Rule of Thumb, blue modifiers are good for you while red are bad.--D0gr0ck 17:27, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
• Ah, thanks. I noticed that the red modifiers are bad, but I hadn't seen any modifier on that one as it's just text under the "Abilities" section. --Oconnor0 17:41, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
