Base damage

if (depth < 9) base = (28 + (20 * depth))/3
otherwise, base = 64, +9 for every depth past 9
+7 for every depth past 17
-8 for every depth past 23
Depth 18 is treated as 19.

Multiplier

Note: strength = status strength - defense. Maximum is 8.

 2.5
+0.225 for every point above -7 (0.1125 for half points)
+0.225 again for every point above 3

Final damage

=base * multiplier / 16, round up
