Officer
Officers are the most active knights whom have over a longer periode of time proved themselves again and again, done all in their might to keep the guild running smoothly and still kept a smile on their face while keeping a positive mood even though everything is running sour.
Now with that off my chest, Officers are our main recruiters and caretakers of the guild whenever a Guildmaster isn't online.
While not sharing the powers of a Guildmaster, an Officer share most of their responsibilities.

Veteran
Veterans are a part off the backbone in this guild, helping to retain order and keeping the guild open along with the Officers.
It's only the long term members which are actively helping the guild and fellow guildmates that is promoted to Veteran for their efforts. Mostly in the form of mentors for our newest additions to the guild.
- We expect our Veterans to be financially stable, knowing how to stack up a decent amount of Crowns without relying on others or use of the CE Depot. This is needed since, in the case of an Unpaid Upkeep, GM's, Officers and Veterans are expected to pay the majority of the crowns required to unlock the Guild once again.
- Earlier expectations still apply, Veterans should know the Storage rules and be actively helpnig with the upkeep.

Member
Becoming a Member is a sign of trust from the rest of the Guild, it means that we think you are responsible enough to handle our stock and pay your part of the Upkeep.
It also means that we consider you to be an active and decent Knight whom can both give and take in a good mannered spirit when interacting with the rest of Cradle.
- A Member is expected to help paying a bit of the upkeep, just a few Crowns now and then every week is fine. We do not expect you to pay a large clump sum every week but it is appreciated.
- A Member is expected to read and follow the Storage rules before accessing stored items!

Recruit
Recruits are those whom we accept as part of the guild but which have not yet been confirmed as good mannered and active Knights by the Officers.
Nonetheless, being a Recruit is the perfect time to work on your gear and learn more about Cradle while having the opportunity to ask and get help from your local guildmates.
Also, Recruits are not expected to add to the Treasury since they are new, and because it takes a while to get the hang of it. However, donations from Recruits will all the same be accepted and looked upon fondly.

Reciving a promotion
There aren't any real rules when it comes to getting a promotion, we have something that is more like a kind of guidelines for the Officers and GMs to follow when promoting.
While it is not necessary to upfill them in order to get promoted it sure is an advantage.
