Guild Overview

The Way of True Grade

Here at clan True Grade we don't care about things such as being popular or swooned over by all the mega dorks because our members have lots of money or flashy costumes along any other kind crap like that. Or because our guild hall is crazy packed full of expensive junk that's all smashed together without any form or thought only for the soul purpose of showing off. That is not what we are about here. Our notoriety will be based on our mad skills and true integrity. Skills over gear and quality over quantity is how we roll. The rest comes later. That is our way and what True Grade is all about. This is what we want our known for to those who know of us.

Within the ranks of the True Grade family our members won't beg you for stuff, won't cheat you, won't steal from you, won't talk trash on you, are totally teeniebopper drama free and will actually help you in times of need if you are member of our select society. Overall we are a chillax kick back kind of guild with respectful clan members who are looking for like minded people to join our family. Only ones who are able to make the grade and uphold "The Code of Iron" will ever enter into our halls as a member of the family.

Guild History

The Origin of True Grade

This guild was actually created almost couple years back now by it's first original GM and founder Nues, who soon after creating the guild had disappeared from the face of the game never to be seen again. At the time that this guild was created, he wanted me(XEROsignal) to help him run it and made me it's second GM at the very start of it all for whatever reason I'm not really sure of. We had first met when we were both in the same guild named Storm the Fallen which is the first and only other guild I have ever actually been in. At the time he had convinced me to leave that first guild and join him in creating this one which was originally named Archknight. After he left the game not long after creating the guild for reasons still unknown to me, I was left there with only a hand full of members that he had also convinced to leave Storm The Fallen and join. Eventually they all either also quit the game or went their separate ways to join other more active guilds and then one day, it was just me left here alone in this big giant empty guild hall. For over a year or so it stayed like that with just me as it's caretaker and only member. Although I had gotten many guild invites during the time I had been alone in this guild, I never had the heart to abandon it because I felt it would be a shameful waste to lose such a nice guild hall that I myself had put a lot of work into since its beginning.

After some time of being alone as Archkinght's only member, I had decided to make it a goal of mine to eventually take full control and ownership of the guild in attempts to possibly have it reach the heights that it's creator had once dreamed of. Till then I had really only ever thought of myself as it's ever watchful caretaker who waits for the masters return which never came. So with the goal now set in my mind, my first order of business was to change the original guild name Archknight which I honestly never really cared for. I felt that I had to do this to really take full ownership of the guild and after more then a year of or so being alone there, I finally built up enough funds to change the guilds name which is now True Grade as of 09/01/2014. This guild name has always stuck with me through many other online MMO games I had played over the years in where I had always created a guild named True Grade. The same pretty much goes for the moniker I have always gone by in every game I have ever played, which for over the past 17 years or so now is XEROsignal. From Lineage II, World of Warcraft, Dungeon Fighter Online, Elsword, Scarlet Blade as well as many other games and now to Spiral Knights, I have always been XEROsignal of clan True Grade.

So now today in the present, I have finally been able to take the first steps towards creating a safe place for good hearted, honest and respectable people who are free of dipstick disease to come where they feel welcomed and comfortable. Tired of constantly always running into guilds that all have the same usual problems in just about any game like asshat guild members, excessively needless drama, attention hungry buttplugs, whiny beggars, disrespectful little rat punks, lying scammers and the classic egomaniac dictator like GM or Officers, I concluded that I can never allow any type of people like this to run around in the guild creating trouble for others if I ever want to be able to create a peaceful place for good people to be. So I am always very picky about who we allow to join our clan.

Anyhow, that is pretty much the history of this guild known today as True Grade for anyone curious about it's origin. If you think you got what it takes to become part of the family after reading through our guild wiki page here, then hit me up in game or mail me about joining us here at True Grade if you feel that this is the right place for you and that you are good fit for the guild. So far although we just recently started recruiting members, I am happy with everyone here that has what it takes to be a member of the family. They are truly all of true grade. Are you?

Nomine Patris et Fili et Spiritus Sancte. Deus Volente Servo Nobis et Alimentus Nostri, Adveniat Donec Regnum. Amen...†

The Code of Iron (alpha-omega directive of GM)

Never betray the family. Never betray. Never...

The 10 Key Commandments of True Grade

1. Don't bring the drama cause we don't want none son.

2. Don't steal from others inside the guild, outside of the guild or the guild storage's.

3. Don't cheat your guild mates or lie to them or even people outside of the guild as well.

4. Don't be a beggar because we want members that are skilled and capable of helping themselves as well as others when needed. So no begging guild mates or other people looking for free handouts ever. That is not our way here.

5. Respect your guild mates and others and do not trash talk each other or start fights with one and other.

6. We tend to joke around a lot so you need to be able to handle adult sense of humor and most likely strong/foul language, at all times. Anything beyond joking falls under bringing the drama or starting fights with others.

7. Be chill, remain chill, and spread that chilly sauce all around as far as the minds eye can see.

8. Help guild mates if you are free so that we can rise up together and become a force to be reckoned with.

9. Contribute to the guild funds if you want or when you can for things like paying the weekly upkeep to keep it open to us, expanding the guild hall and adding furnishings like boss replicas to the guild hall or vendors. You are not required to donate crowns or materials to the guild treasury, just do so if you want to see us move up in the world.

10. Be true to yourself, to others and also be true of heart, mind, skill, integrity and will. Just be of True Grade.

Other Common Sense Practices to Exercise

1. If you do not get along with another guild member for whatever small personal reasons you may have, then just don't associate yourself with them for the most part and go about your own order of business. As long as any given member continues to avoid committing any unpleasant act against you that goes against the clan rules, then everyone is pretty much free to do as they please. In such case where you do happen to find yourself being mistreated by another member who is breaking one of the major rules, please contact a guild official as soon as possible and we will deal with them accordingly. If we find any member to be in violation of any rule which will get them expelled from the guild, then that person will swiftly find themselves excommunicated from the clan for the rest of all eternity shortly after.

2. If you ask another members for help, then be willing to give help to them or others in return when they need you and you are available to do so. To deserve respect, one must give respect of equal or greater value. Same goes for receiving assistance from anyone in or outside of the family.

3. Asking others for for things like information, materials, help on missions or hunting down materials you need is perfectly fine. If you ask for things like a loan or whatever, make sure you pay them back within the set time frame you agreed upon or in a timely fashion as soon as you are able. I don't ever want to hear any complaints or arguing from members that create situations like this in our guild. If someone does not keep to their word in a situation such as this then it will be considered as stealing from others which is one of the highest offenses to be committed here, calling for the immediate expulsion of the perpetrator from the guild along with being exposed for their criminal actions and foul behavior to the all other guilds and players in the game. We have a XER0 tolerance policy around here when it comes to stinking little crook ass punk bastards who fail to keep to their word and are full of nothing but their lies. So if anyone is ever kind enough to go out of their way to assist you in a loan type of situation where they willingly take a temporary loss for you based on your word, you best better pay them back when you can or we are going to have some serious problems and it's gonna get @#$%ing ugly. Especially if it's guild member that helped you.

4. There are plenty of materials in the guild storage's that you are free to use at all times for anything you need like crafting items, completing quest that require materials, making pet food or even to feed to your pet if you dont have anything for it at the moment. All I ask is that you only take what you need when you need it. Do not steal materials from the storage's to go sell so you can pocket the crowns for yourself. I can find out easily if anyone is doing this and their ass will get ghosted off the guild roster so freakin fast that there won't be a chance for them to come up with even half a lie or excuse which they will also surely try to pedal off to others.

5. It's fine if you like to joke around here or there in the guild like I do most of the time or to talk a little smack on another members who are on and can take it in as well as they can dish it out, as long as it's just for fun and doesn't cross the line. Just know when it's the right time for joking around and who or who not to kid with. Everyone has their own set limit on how much ridicule one can undergo before it becomes abuse and disrespect, so be mindful of all the others here and the how you act around certain members. After all is said and done and the time for joking around has passed, treat others with the at least the same amount of respect that you yourself want. Also if there are females in the guild, please don't perv it up and get all creepy uncle on them. Joking is fine but keep that kind of joking more private just in case so you don't possibly end up offending another female that does not tolerate that kind of behavior as well. Just don't pull any stupid crap like excessively hitting on a girl you don't even really know and doesn't want what you're trying to offer, or follow them around like a damn stalker because you can't get a grip on your explosive teenage hormonal rage or whatever when there is a females present. It's actually one of the things I hate seeing the most in life and if I get even one single complaint about anyone causing a female member to feel uncomfortable in that way, I will automatically kick that person if I find the accusations to be true. This goes both ways for both guys and girls who are members of our guild.

6. With more people eventually joining the guild, arguments may possibly surface at any given point in time. If it's about something trivial or a personal matter between the conflicting participants, then keep it that way. Do not have shouting matches around the guild because it disrupting to the harmony of the guild that I'm working hard towards creating and maintaining here. If it is something major that can be considered a violation or disregard of the the guild rules then inform a guild official about what's going on, at which point there will be a private meeting called between all involved members and the guild official who is called in. The parties involved in the conflict can then present their case to the official so that he/she can determine the proper course of action to take to either have the all parties within the dispute come to terms with each other or if needed, to dismiss the guilty party involved from the guild if someone had violated the one of the major rules. If the argument persist due to a failure to come to terms with each other, then all parties still involved are in violation of the rules by creating unwanted drama and will be expelled from the guild hence forth.

7. Do not hound other members consistently for help if they are unable to at the time. This would be considered as begging but I will not count it as a major offense unless it continues on at an excessive level. You get one warning for doing this which will be your last and only as well.

Sorry if any of these additional rules or more so regulations we'll call them, come off as a bit harsh or strict to anyone but really if you just follow all the main rules then these other regulations shouldn't be a problem ever. I guess you can call these other regulations the sub 7 directives of standard social conduct, which follow after the main 10 rules of the guild which the first 7 are the prime 7 directives of superior self conduct and system stability. I feel that the rules I set in place are more then fair for the most part and are simple enough to follow, but if anyone feels like they disagree with any of the set rules, then come talk to me and let me know why.

For guild members of True Grade who come across any potential recruits that are interested in becoming members of the family, please copy the letter you see below and send it to the person inquiring about membership. The candidate must agree to all the terms and regulations set forth by the guild before they can receive an invitation into the guild. Also the candidate must talk to me personally at some point prior to or previous of when they become a recruit before they can actually gain full membership to the guild. After they have agreed to the set rules and are given a trial membership as a recruit, they will also have to pass a skill assessment test which all other guild members have undergone and passed in order to graduate as a legit member.

Is your current guild not active or does it just plain suck the donkey sack because of all the needless highschool like drama that even your dear old grandmama don't wanna have none of? Or do you just not have a guild and are looking to join one with chill ass members that won't beg you for stuff, won't cheat you, won't steal from you, won't talk trash on you, are totally teeniebopper drama free and will actually help you in times of need?

Well then True Grade might be the place you belong in. We're looking for like minded players that are also chill and can remain chill. The rules of the guild are simple and goes as follows.

10. Be true to yourself, to others and also be true of heart, integrity, skill and will. Just be of True Grade.

Any breaking of the first 7 rules will automatically get you expelled from the clan for all time. If you can manage to follow all these rules above which you can call the 10 key commandments of True Grade, then you are fit to be a member within our select society.

Thanks for reading through this message and considering becoming a member of the True Grade family. Please either PM or mail Xxzombie-Killerxx or Kraanx in game if you would like to join and they will send you a reply. I hope you can make the grade, the True Grade. There is actually one final commandment you can add to the list which should never be broken and supersedes all the others. It's called the Code of Iron, which is to never betray the family. Never betray. Never...

p.s. If for some reason you did not read through this entire message then you are likely not fit to join our ranks. Also come check out the True Grade clan hall, we got just about everything you need in here and the design is pretty sweet. Hope you enjoy checking it out.

sincerely,

True Grade GM: XEROsignal

Information on Advancement of Guild Rank Positions

Since the guild has just started recruiting recently and most members are still new to the guild, guild rank advancements will come in time once we get more members which then will allow me to effectively determining who deserves to be promoted to higher positions in the guild. This is because guild rank advancements will be based how much a member overall contributes to the guild by performing certain duties. Duties such as helping other members who may still be fairly new to the game that require assistance, keeping the peace around the guild by being chill or chilling others out when the dreaded foul stench of drama begins to manifest, donating to the guild for things such as helping pay the weekly upkeep, expanding the guild hall or adding additional perks like useful vendors. Nobody is forced to donate to the guild treasury and I ask that you only do so if you can and want to. Other duties are task such as helping us find new members that are good fit for the guild and to uphold the set rules of the guild by laying down the law if you see members getting getting out of line. Aside from your overall contribution to the guild by performing various task, other things that would help you get a promotion is your combat capability, how well you can follow the rules, how well you treat others with respect and your overall general attitude.

The more you preform any of the things I mentioned, the more it will show me that you actually care about the guild and if you are capable of and deserve to fill a higher position in the guild. I decided to only have maybe a total of 3-4 guild officers at any given time which some of you may possibly have what it takes to become one. To land an officer position though, not only would I have to see that you are actually putting a good if not noteworthy amount of effort towards the guilds collective on a whole, but you gotta have the right attitude as well which counts for a lot when it comes to me deciding if you are fit to be and officer or not. Pretty much the type of people that I a would make officers will be people that never abuse the power that comes with their position and also won't let the position get to their heads. This person by nature has to feel like they really want to help others which brings them enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment when they do so. Someone who like me, wants the guild to forever be without needless drama as we work together towards creating a safe and pleasant environment for other like minded players to feel comfortable at and always welcomed. Potential officers must also possess traits such as the ability to effectively deal with others in a respectful manner yet at the same time, also has a good sense of humor when it comes to members who like to joke around a lot which they might also do at times. Part of having what it take to be an officer is how well you can overall deal with the many different types of people we may eventually have as guild members. The last thing I would look at is their combat ability and their overall attitude as an individual person. So far I think there are a couple people in the guild now that have the potential to become and officer to help me with some of the guild official duties.

As for becoming a veteran, promotion to that position will be based on similar attributes which I look for in potential officers. A prime example would be someone that contributes to the guild collective, skilled in combat, follows the set rules and fits in with the other people in the guild. Able to take care of himself and at the same time able to help others as well when called on. Pretty much someone that would pretty that could come close to making it as an officer but lacks some of the key trait that I look for concerning potential officers. Like he just doesn't deal with people too well that have strong personalities or something like that which an officer really needs to be able to deal with anyone. Or like he is great on everything else but is lacking in the combat skills department so can't help other members do tough missions and what not. One last thing that I require of Officers and Veterans is that they have already completed all their rank missions so that they are knowledgeable about the missions which they would have to help other members with.

Anyhow that's pretty much it as far as information on guild rank advancement and promotions go. Like I said, since every one else in the guild is still fairly new, I need more time to determine who's a right fit for higher rank positions in the guild. Anyhow, if you have been in the guild for like only a week or two, please don't come asking me to promote you or whatever because that's not how it works here. Im not looking for people who want it, I am looking for people who are it. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask me any time. Take care then and stay true all of you.

Boss Replica Materials List (last updated on 10/23/2014 by XERO)

If you want to donate materials to the guild for boss replica statues, please do not put anything in the treasury that we can never use or more then what we actually do need to collect to build the boss replica furniture. The stuff we can't even use or we don't need any more eventually just get stuck in there forever and I end up having to scroll through more junk to find the numbers I'm looking for. If you are not sure about what to put in if you want to donate materials, then check this list because I always keep it updated. Again, please only donate if you ever want to or else just sell the materials you get to make some crowns for yourself. You are not required to and will never be forced to donate anything in order to say a member because we don't roll like that around here. Any contributions of materials or crowns to help pay for things like the upkeep or expanding the hall will always be much appreciated though, so thanks for the help if you do.

He is normally always quiet

While the other's mouth just runs an runs

The younger lives by night

The older loves the sun

Both are polar opposites

But the two will do till the doing's done

One man eats very little

The other can eat a ton

The old man likes his company

The young man is the solitary one

One was the rebel child

The other the good son

One will undress you with his eyes

While the other treats you like a nun

The old guy is a people person

The young one is much like none

This ones phaser is set to kill

While the others is set on stun

Both have their equal share of troubles

As life continues to go on and on

They strive and struggle to co-exist

On this insane rock that spins around the sun

And life it just keeps on going

Going on and on and on

Up until that one final fateful day

When this life is all but dead and gone

Hey everyone, I will be gone from the game for awhile because I am moving soon so you all may not see me for a little while. In the meantime I am leaving Zombie and Kraanx in charge so if you need anything please talk to them. I have also promoted some of you in rank so with your new positions, please try to help who you can that may need you as well. Also those of you who have recently been promoted to Veteran, please help Zombie and Kraanx maintain order within the guild and with other things like the upkeep so that the hall can stay open to everyone in the family. Sorry to leave on such short notice but I will try to get back on the game ASAP once I get myself situated and am able to. I will keep in contact with you guys every so often by posting messages here on our wiki so I won't be completely M.I.A. while I get my living situation handled.

Please continue to follow the guild rules and to treat everyone in the family with respect. I hope to see you all again very soon so until then, take care everyone and I'll miss all of you guys.

Today was my last day on so I will see you guys in a little while. Again take care of yourselves and each other. I will check in every so often until I'm situated and can get back on SK to actually play. Stay true everyone, bye for now.

Hey how are all of you and how's the guild holding up? Good on both fronts I Hope. As for me, I'm still on L.O.A. for the time being because I haven't found a new job or place to move into yet. Anyhow, I can't wait to get back on to see how everything is going. Maybe I can get on for a bit one of these days just to check in to see if I need to update anything like new members or members that left sine I've been gone and other things like that. Well then, take care everyone and if someone has a free moment, maybe they can say what's up for me to a few friends of mine named Drinkeater, Lushii and Klipwc. If anyone does then thanks. If not then no biggy. K see you guys soon I hope.

Hey everyone, I should be back on sometime soon. I got a couple decent job offers so hopefully it works out and I can get back on to chill with you all. Also please stop putting materials that can never be used into our guild treasury because they just get stuck there forever and it's a total waste. Sell them instead to get yourself some crowns or to donate towards the upkeep. Thanks to everyone for keeping the guild going while I've been gone and a big thanks to our fine fine officers Zombie and Kraanx. Take care for now and I'll see you all soon.

Crap ass news everyone, looks like I won't be able to get back on the game as soon as I was hoping for. The job that I should have started last week fell through because the company I was going to work for had lost a bunch of their customers, which resulted in a huge loss of sales on their products. Apparently I was pretty much already hired but after they got the bad news at a company meeting about the loss of business, they stopped all hiring and got rid of all their temp employees working for them. Even my friend who was helping me get the job there had gotten his hours cut, so basically the whole thing turned into a big giant shit grab and I'm still looking for work now with no luck.

Since I can't seem to find a job anywhere still for some God awful reason, I decided that I might try my luck in college and had applied to a local community college in my area. If I do get accepted I wouldn't be starting classes till spring though. Hopefully I can find some kind of job to keep me going till then. Anyhow, sorry about me having to be gone a bit longer still for the time being. Miss you guys and hope to see you all soon at any rate. Take care then.

Finally got a new job! Now I just gotta save up some money to find a room for rent and I should be back on in no time. Thing is though, I will be working 6-7 days a week and trying to go to college at the same time so I may not be on for long periods of time but should be able to come on often. Wish me luck guys and I will see you all soon.

From GM XEROsignal 12/07/2014

Hey everyone, hows it going? Well I got good news for whoever is still in the guild. In a week or so I should have enough money to rent out a room so I will be back on the game again. I do work 6 days a week though at 9 hours a day during the night so I wont be on much during those hours. Anyhow I hope to see you all soon so keep holding down the fort for me, thanks guys.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I should have enough money by this Friday to be able to afford a room to rent. Hopefully it doesn't take me very long to find one that has a good internet connection included in the rent or what not. Anyhow I should be able to return to the game soon at any rate with any luck. Thanks to Kraanx and Zombie for keeping the guild going all this time I have been away. I was actually surprised to see that most of the members where still there today. Well then, take care all you guys and I will see you all shortly.

From GM XEROsignal 12/25/2014

Well you guys, looks like I won't be able to rent a room until January 1st or so. Most of the places I can afford in the area I am looking to live in are not available till the beginning of next year or so. Anyhow, hang in there everyone. Again I'm super sorry it is taking such a long time to get my situation fixed so I can return to the game. I'll keep you guys updated on it K. For now take care and I'll see you guys soon I hope.

From GM XEROsignal 2/16/2014

Well everyone, sorry it's been some time since I last posted a message. For the most part I still have not found a room for rent though I have had enough saved for awhile. I keep working temp jobs that can end at any time so haven't gotten a place since I am not sure if I can consistently make the rent if I dont have a steady job. So I am going to make Kraanx and Zombie temporary GMs while I am still away. Take care of the joint for me K guys and sorry for being gone so long as well.
