About Me
I'm the Lone Wolver, Thesnipinggod, the player that is vastly talented in-game, yet no one knows me. I came into Spiral Knights only doing missions solo and didn't stop soloing until after I reached my 5* certification. I'm currently in the guild Phalanx and I'm not planning on leaving any time soon.
Don't worry guys, I'm good at this game.
My Story
I started playing Spiral Knights about a month after the full game was released. I started with a series of videos with my my friend, Tenok, until he got bored of the game. About 3 months after I started playing my computer stopped running Spiral Knights which lead to a 9 month break from playing. While I was away, I watched videos of end-game gameplay, and that turned out to be a bad idea because I got mad that I couldn't even try out a new play-style and all the new tactics that I could try. The break ended when I got a new computer. I did not start playing immediatly after I got the computer though because I had forgot about the game for a little while. I tried League of Legends, Minecraft, Terraria, Battlefield, and many more games but none of them proved to be like Spiral Knights.
When I logged on on my new computer I did not expect what was ging to happen next. I had found out that all my old friends had quit the game. For the next long time I soloed just about every single mission I could do. This included running the RJP 52 times, most of which I hadn't been damaged in. I started to see myself as a more advanced player and played and recorded a series of lockdown matches with my good ol' wolver set. I uploaded 16 to my youtube channel, TheRob077800, where I didn't get many views. But then it hit me, who cares about a random 2* person's videos of plain old PvP matches. So, I played Vanaduke in 2* gear for my first FSC run. Yep, that was fun.
I started to get sick of not having anyone to talk to in-game, so I started my epic quest to find a good guild. I searched the forums and wiki and everything I joined proved to be an average guild with 50 people that I would have to revive a million times. The guilds that I think I would match up with almost all had requirements that would require a full 5* set or win a 1v1 against the leader in lockdown (I don't really care about LD though). I resorted to my last option for finding guilds: Youtube. I watched video's of professional players to get a sense of what the guild would be like. I came across video's from Untiy and Knightmare that stood out. When I looked at the Unity requirements I said out loud "what?!?!?!?!" so I looked towards knightmare. But then one day I came across a video that showed Knightmare vs. another Guild in lockdown, and let's just say I didn't decide to join Knightmare because of the outcome, it's for what happened in the comments section (I realize there are very nice people in Knightmare and I respect them, but the person in the comments section ruined the guild for me).
Months later I joined a guild named Phalanx, owned by the oh-so-famous Magnus. Since i joined Phalanx I have recorded more video and was able to move up to getting a Vog Cub set, Final Flourish, and Argent Peacemaker. At the moment I grind the FSC with my Phalanx friends living to fight another day.
