Short Bio
Yoshy-Ryu is the guild-master of Spriter Zone Knights (Guild) and tends to wear the Magic Hood with various cobalt armors. He is known to be very rich, and on ocassion will make items for new members of his guild who do not have 3 star items (or better). He usually spends most of his time in the Town Square, chatting with people until he feels like going on a run.
Habbits
Yoshy-Ryu will most likely be in Haven 5 or 10, either making various internet meme references. He can usually be found in the Bizarre or Town Square when he isn't in his guild hall. Yoshy-Ryu enjoys chatting, and is known to strike up a conversation with people he doesn't know. Among his friends, he tends to be more open and jokes more often than with strangers, but is all ways willing to help others.
Life outside Spiral Knights
Besides playing Spiral Knights, Yoshy Ryu (Sometimes goes by Kike Man) has been spriting since 1998, had started working on comics and sprites for a website known as Dragon Clan Comics (which no longer excists due to it being a geocities site, but Dragon Clan Comics is mentioned at Snafu) until it's end roughly around 2004. Since then, during this time he helped spriters learn to sprite with the Sheezyart club "Spriter's Zone", which he created with Mr.1. Now currently the webmaster of The Spriter's Zone (based on the Sheezyart Club), as well as managing various other spriting communities such as The Middle Ground. Durring 1997, Yoshy simply visited websites to view it's content. Some of these site still exist to this day such as FireBall20XL. Yoshy officially started spriting in 1998, however durring that time it was very common for other online spriters to recolor Sonic sprites and call it "Original". One of his first sprite sheets was based off of Mega Man X, which he has continually revamped. Besides DCC, Yoshy Ryu was also making comics for Watler's World (which he is still listed as a staff member to this day), and Tiger Comics, Inc. which was ran by Zeke.
Controversial Hatred
Despite trying to help other spriters learn to sprite, doing various many other spriters who do sprite fairly well have looked down upon Yoshy- especially for creating tutorials based on editing and recoloring. A few spriters have told Yoshy that they simply do not like him because of his "Jewish pride", for he seems to enjoy reminding/telling people of his heritage of being Jewish. Yoshy has taken this very personally and feels that they do not like him for being Jewish; which is not all ways the case.
