I just got banned for reasons I do not even know... I cant create a new account even though I have spent a whole load of money on my old account please... someone help me I cant get a new computer because this has all my job files on it and transferring it into my new computer will take forever. if your reading this staff of spiral knights. my old account I think it was nebeyo got hacked and banned from you. please help me I wish to play the game again

About that ban

I'm sure the ban isn't permanent. Two of my friends also got banned because they were hacked. One of them managed to return. The other... not so lucky. I just hope they unban you for this. -DemonSono
