Guild Forum Recruiters are well-coordinated and essential in helping to maintain the guild recruitment thread and guide the vast influx of posts/threads every 1 or 2 week. As they play a central role in facilitating communication within the community and between other guild members, their work is in many ways linked to every aspect of the game.
- Rank must be higher than veteran rank.
- Are willing and able to update and read the guild recruitment thread on a daily 2 week basis.
- Are active forum users
- Show a good command of the English language and are capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner.
- Have prior experience in dealing with customers, or show willingness in learning how to do so.
- A strong working knowledge of common forum formatting.
- Have a very, very, very thick skin.
NOTE: Guild recruitment thread are not needed at the moment.
