Welcome! This is Precious Light, the successor of Precious Time.
The founders of Precious Light, Carolob, Jumbofish and Renoku, created this guild because the Guild Masters of our original guild stopped playing without giving anyone else the ability to invite new members. So they decided to start over and created Precious Light!

Guild Information
We are a fun-loving, conversational guild. We treat guild members with respect and other guild members in need. We expect you, the new member, to treat the other guild members the way you would like to be treated. We have feelings too! (Note: There are NO recuits!)
We are currently working on moving the original features of Precious Time (old members, Guild Bank, and Guild Store) over to Precious Light!
How to join
Precious Light is now recruiting! Please contact a Guild Officer or Guild Master in game in order to join Precious Light.

How to get promoted
Member - This guild does not support the concept of Recruits, so you get promoted as soon as you are accepted. Full membership is assumed after a 30 days period has passed. Most people will be members.
We hope you will develop as a player, and get stronger over time, but there is no minimum skill requirement. If you are a nice person, and play well with others, then you can remain a member indefinitely.
How NOT to get promoted:
- Beg for promotion.
- Act in ways that are contrary to the guild rules.

Veteran - Veteran players, who have earned 5* gear, can hold their own in Tier 3, and have been on at least one Vanaduke run with Officers or Guild Masters to demonstrate their teamwork skills, may be promoted to Veteran at the discretion of the Guild Masters. Veterans are also expected to help lead the guild by example.
Officer - Strong Veteran players, who help others, help the GMs, and help the guild, and who demonstrate actual leadership, may be promoted to Officer at the discretion of the Guild Masters. Officers help the Guild Masters manage the guild.
How to get removed from the guild
- You can be removed from the guild due to inactivity unless you have contacted a guild master beforehand. Getting removed is not the same as being kicked. If you get removed for inactivity, you can reapply for membership when you return.
- You can be removed from the guild for behaving in ways that are contrary to the guild rules. You will be warned, then put on probation.
- If probation does not help the situation improve, then the GMs may ask you to leave.
- Kicking is a last resort, but if you are disruptive, or refuse to leave when asked, then you can be kicked by the GMs.

Guild Rules
Basically, you are expected to play nicely, keep a positive attitude, and treat each other respectfully. We all have more fun when people share some basic ideas about what is expected. Here are some ideas about what is expected of you as a guild member.
Your membership is based on these rules, so make sure you understand what is expected from you so there are no surprises later.
IMPORTANT: If you do not understand these Guild Rules, ask an Officer or Guild Master to explain them to you.

We hope that behaving like a good quality player comes naturally to you so you have no problems getting along in our guild. However, for those times when someone walks the line and creates conflict that must be managed, there are disciplinary actions you can expect us to take.
- Warning - On the first notable complaint due to offending one or more other players, or when an officer or Gm notices you behaving contrary to the guild rules, then you will be offered a warning. You get one warning, and a period to correct the behavior. We recommend you start with an apology to the people you offended.
- Probation - If a warning is not enough, and you continue behavior contrary to the guild rules, then you may be assign to a Conflict Officer, who will try to help you understand how it goes here in this guild. This is our way of helping you help yourself.
- Ask you to leave - The polite equivalent of kicking, but asking gives you the option to leave the guild on good terms. If you leave on good terms, it will be easier to accept you back if things change.
- Kicked from guild - Reserved for highly offensive mistakes, or when people will not leave when we ask them to. Only the Guild Masters can kick someone from the guild. We do not kick lightly. If you are kicked, it it unlikely you will be accepted back in the guild later.
