The more you preform any of the things I mentioned, the more it will show me that you actually care about the guild and if you are capable of and deserve to fill a higher position in the guild. I decided to only have maybe a total of  3-4 guild officers at any given time which some of you may possibly have what it takes to become one. To land an officer position though, not only would I have to see that you are actually putting a good if not noteworthy amount of effort towards the guilds collective on a whole, but you gotta have the right attitude as well which counts for a lot when it comes to me deciding if you are fit to be and officer or not. Pretty much the type of people that I a would make officers will be people that never abuse the power that comes with their position and also won't let the position get to their heads. This person by nature has to feel like they really want to help others which brings them enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment when they do so. Someone who like me, wants the guild to forever be without needless drama as we work together towards creating a safe and pleasant environment for other like minded players to feel comfortable at and always welcomed. Potential officers must also possess traits such as the ability to effectively deal with others in a respectful manner yet at the same time, also has a good sense of humor when it comes to members who like to joke around a lot which they might also do at times. Part of having what it take to be an officer is how well you can overall deal with the many different types of people we may eventually have as guild members. The last thing I would look at is their combat ability and their overall attitude as an individual person. So far I think there are a couple people in the guild now that have the potential to become and officer to help me with some of the guild official duties.

As for becoming a veteran, promotion to that position will be based on similar attributes which I look for in potential officers. A prime example would be someone that contributes to the guild collective, skilled in combat, follows the set rules and fits in with the other people in the guild. Able to take care of himself and at the same time able to help others as well when called on. Pretty much someone that would pretty that could come close to making it as an officer but lacks some of the key trait that I look for concerning potential officers. Like he just doesn't deal with people too well that have strong personalities or something like that which an officer really needs to be able to deal with anyone. Or like he is great on everything else but is lacking in the combat skills department so can't help other members do tough missions and what not.

One last thing that I require of Officers and Veterans is that they have already completed all their rank missions so that they are knowledgeable about the missions which they would have to help other members with.

Anyhow that's pretty much it as far as information on guild rank advancement and promotions go. Like I said, since every one else in the guild is still fairly new, I need more time to determine who's a right fit for higher rank positions in the guild. Anyhow, if you have been in the guild for like only a week or two, please don't come asking me to promote you or whatever because that's not how it works here. Im not looking for people who want it, I am looking for people who are it. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask me any time. Take care then and stay true all of you.
