To the GMs.
I added a "How to get promoted" section, and expanded the Guild Rules.
This is partially in response to things that are commonly used in other MMORPGs, and partially the timing was motivated by recent disruptions in the guild. I dont know all the details on that, but I thought it would be good to expand on the expectations so if you need to put a leash on someone, you can point to this page and not have to justify yourselves on the spot.
Definilitely look these changes over and let me know what you think. If you want to make adjustments, lets talk so I can get on the same page with documenting in the WIKI page how you want this guild to be managed.
