Strategy
With the exception of Golden Shankles, Shankles that are destroyed have a chance of dropping hearts and a smaller chance of dropping Vitapods. When you clear out an area and are low on health, it's best to head back to a previous area which contain Shankles, and destroy them to obtain some health.
