Most people come here for Bopp's Sword Guide. It is my best and most popular guide to Spiral Knights. I also offer general equipment advice (some of the FSC payoff numbers are out of date), and I am building up a detailed Armor Guide. I am no longer working on my Handgun Guide or Bomb Guide, because it turns out that I can maintain only one or two guides well.
About me: I'm not the best player in the game, but I'm an advanced player who has observed many other advanced players. Usually I play with three swords and no other weapons, but I have also used a variety of handguns and bombs. Under the name Bopp, I spend a lot of time on the forums, learning from other players, and on the wiki, learning the details of the rules and items. Most of the advice I've given on the Arsenal forum has been well received. I try to explain and justify all of my opinions, so that you can understand them and make up your own mind.
Sometimes people try to make friends with the knight Bopp in the game. However, this knight does not actually play Spiral Knights; he just works the forums, while my other knights do the playing. I keep these knights separate, so that conflicts from one world don't spill into the other. Please do not be upset if I don't respond to friend requests in the game.
