Just in case you haven't noticed it yet, image tags need to be in the fancy brackets{} and not parentheses(). --Equinox 22:34, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
As far as I can see Vial Belt.png uploaded just fine, and is visible on the Pickups page. What you may have seen was the wiki's old habit of taking forever to get up to speed with a newly uploaded image. --Lithium31337 05:25, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
