The Super Sexy recipe for Spiral Cookies

I took this straight from the book.

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons of butter or margarine

2 Tablespoons of sugar

1 Egg

2 "small" cups of flour (small cups are possibly just half cups, but if you know what a small cup is...)

Jam

A pinch of salt

Vanilla

Directions

Rub butter into sifted flour and salt.

Add sugar.

Add beaten egg.

Make into soft dough.

Roll onto floured board 1/4" thick/

Spread with jam.

Roll up.

Cut 1/4" slices, glaze then sprinkle with sugar.

Place on a greased tray and bake 10~15 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees)

The recipe is vague as all buggery, I don't even know how I managed to even make something edible with that. Anyway, Happy whatevering!
