Personal opinions
These chunks of text need to be reworded from first person (I) to third person (some players blah blah blah). --Equinox 12:14, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
(ADD: In my opinion there isn't any tactic. You just rush at him and keep hitting. don't mind about your health. Keep hitting. back away when he turns pink but stay on his tail. Do NOT run around as he will heal himself and you will have to do it all over again.
Do NOT wait to revive. if your in a party do not argue about reviving. Any waste of time will make the game more harder as he revives himself by sacrificing the smaller blobs and taking their health. In short: Just attack)
(ADD: don't forget Lithanium's opinion! If your gonna use vials, don't use any now. simply wear down his health until he is singing you spin me around(like a record) and blushing. If no one has a poisonous weapon, i guess one or two poison vials is ok, but that's it!! When hes pink, then take out your poison and curse vials. often curse will do more damage then any attack, thus the high demand for fausts in the palace. i personally have never beaten the royal jelly without curse, so you can easily solo him as long as you have curse vials on his 'blushing' mode.if ur gonna talk energy, talk before you go on the button.)
(ADD: Royal jelly is weak to elemental attacks. use this to your advantage.)
- It's not actually weak. This is a damage display glitch that has been floating around for a while. --D0gr0ck 22:18, 16 June 2011 (UTC)
Rare Drops
Jelly King dropped a Jelly Mail today after a rather tough 4P run. Luckily the guy that got it pointed it out, else I wouldn't have noticed. I've updated the pages to reflect the drop, and have screenshots for proof, if needed/requested. Adilor 20:41, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
Rainbow Royalty
Apperently the Royal Jelly can come in 3 more flavors, Red, Green, and Freezing, the Ice varient even has it's own Crown. The Crowns also have a "cracked" skin, maybe to signal when the Royal Jelly is nearing defeat? --Zardica 20:33, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
