Jorin is a knight who has mastered the standard issue Spiral Knight gear. The gear he specialize in is good for just about any situation. He is located in the Hall of Heroes, which is accessible through the Hall of Heroes mission. He sells a fixed list of recipes, but you will only be able to see and purchase up to a certain star level which is based on your clearance. All recipes purchased from this vendor bind upon purchase.
