About Us

Dark Hearts is a large and highly active guild which caters for skilled players. We offer a friendly and relaxed environment for members to improve equiptment and skills and to share various experiences with eachother. We do regular boss runs and help fellow members in the completion of their missions etc. We also do Shadow Lair runs, as long as there are four guild members who are willing to split the cost of a Shadow Key together. The guild was set up more for social reasons, however we do often participate in such things like guild vs guild lockdown as long as enough people want to take part

Guild Rules

We have some simple rules that should be followed to keep the guild good.

1. Be respectful to other guild members. Solve any disputes outside of guild chat. If the dispute can’t be solved please contact me or an officer to help.

2. Don’t be greedy, be helpful. Help other guild mates out by offering stuff for free (e.g. materials) or at prices below the auction house/ market. Recipes should be sold at the same price as the Basil vendor. Obviously when trading with non-guild members try getting as much profit as you can!

3. People in the guild should be kind and generous to each other. However there should be NO begging or scamming of any sort taking place. Anything serious could lead to reports being made and being removed from the guild. Stealing large quantities of items/mats from the guild storage or attempting to steal mist in the officer area is not tolerated – You will be removed without warning and you could get a ban. It’s not worth it, don't take the risk.

4. Guild events may be held and prizes given out. If you have any ideas for events and competitions and want to run them please feel free to share them.

5. You are expected to make a donation to the guild treasury to help pay for the guild hall upkeep cost and any improvements. Placing items in member/ veteran storage is at own risk. However if very large amounts are removed maliciously you will be removed without warning as explained earlier. Don’t be greedy. Any boss token materials should be put into the treasury.

WARNING: if you are in-active for around a month (and no reason is given) you WILL be removed from the guild. I regularly check for in-active members, usually at some point every month. Also guild chat can get a bit crazy sometimes so try not to get too easily offended :P

Requirements

To be invited and accepted by the guild master or officers, you must show trust and interest in the game. If accepted into the guild, you must display your guild's name proudly. We only accept people with a 4 to 5 star category arsenal and equipment. Upon being a a part of our guild, you must be trusted to behave in a mannered way, according to our guild rules and regulations (this goes for guild and officer chat) and you must always help other guild members. Of course, we are a highly social guild and you'll often find us messing about in the Guild Hall. Contributions will be required from guild members to fund and maintain guild hall expansion, which will be further explained.

Guild Hall

We pride ourselves in showing off a stylish guild hall which serves as our social hang-out spot or a mini-Haven of sorts. Due to this, all guild members will be required to donate a weekly fee to the Guild Treasury which will be used for upkeep, improvements and expansions, depending on your rank in the guild. This is maintained in order to ensure that we can keep the guild hall the way it is and at the same time expand it to create a unique experience for guild members who want to hang out, chat and relax in the guild hall. Weekly upkeep fees are as follows:

  • Recruit/Member: 1000 crowns/per week
  • Veteran: 1500 crowns/per week
  • Officer: 5000 crowns/per week

Promoting and Demoting

  • Recruit: Knights are automatically ranked 'Recruit' upon joining
  • Member: Upon being accepted into the guild, recruits will receive a message from the Guild Master highlighting the rules and requirements of being a member of Dark Hearts. Once the recruit acknowledges this by replying to the mail or telling the guild master directly, they will automatically be promoted to 'Member'.
  • Veteran: 'Members' have to be 5 star ranked in order to be eligible for 'Veteran' rank. They must also be loyal to the guild for at least 2 weeks before being promoted.
  • Officer: Although most guild members will remain at the 'Veteran' rank...
  • Guild Master: 'Guild Master' is an exclusive title for Alexdn, although he may choose to promote other knights to this title if they have managed to display exemplary qualities and have stayed with the guild for a long period.
