Recruitment/Invitation-ing

There's gotta be Some method to this. How shall we go about finding people? Casually? Actively?

I'd like a formal invite letter drafted to send along with the actual guild invitation. What details are important to tell people first? A commendation for having the qualifications to be part of this guild, of course. When you send an invite, paragraphs may not copy-and-paste completely into the slot in which you can write with the guild invitation. Please send another letter to preserve paragraph formatting when copy-and-pasting the official text. Thank you. Structure for Noting Membership

Promotions/Demotions

'Knights immediately promoted to Member status for donating 500-1k cr a week to the guildhall treasury.

'Knights immediately promoted to Veteran status after holding Member status for two consecutive weeks and donating 2kcr a week to the guildhall treasury.

'Knights immediately demoted to Recruit status for not giving tribute to the hall after a week between activated guildhall dues.
Guildhall dues are activated sometime each Tuesday evening in PST.

'Knights promoted to officer after demonstrating........................... activity? direct recommendation from their peers to their officers to be promoted? engagement in running guild events and in shaping the guild's structure? /shrug
