Howlitzers are a type of enemy found in the Clockworks.
Traits
Howlitzers are the undead version of Gun Puppies. Not only are they creepier, they will also attempt to make a kamikaze attack by firing their explosive skulls at knights when they are about to die, so it is advised to gun them from a distance, and shield before they explode. Like Gun Puppies, Howlitzers will shoot 3 bullets at tier 2 and 5 at tier 3. Unlike all other undead, Howlitzers CAN be inflicted with curse, but since most of the weapons that inflict curse also do shadow damage (which the howlitzer is somewhat immune to, like most undead) this point is of only minor significance and should not be relied upon as a battle strategy to defeat them.
